Chris got in touch and arranged our first Teams meeting to take me through the set process at a time that was convenient to me ( Saturday) so I wouldn’t loose any of my own work time.
He very patiently took me through each step of Risk Assessment and Method Statements as I am complete novice with computers. The system is user friendly and will become an important addition to my business. Even when struggling one evening to create my own documents Chris was only a phone call away and that was after 5pm on a weekday. Without his help I wouldn’t have won the first job RAMS was asked for. 10/10 service. His support will vital moving forwards. Many thanks.
