Exceptional service from Zac who was friendly, professional and supportive. There was no rush, no pressure. I had no idea there was such a thing as a chair fitting and was equally surprised to learn of the involvement of an Occupational Therapist who evaluates and approves the chairs from a health and wellbeing perspective. Zac paid close attention to detail and with his help I made the right choice, I am delighted with my new chair and settee. And thank you for the tea and biscuits!
Shane and Chris delivered the furniture. They took care and time with the positioning of it, as well as demonstrating how it worked, answering any questions I had, in the same unrushed, professional and friendly manner we experienced in the showroom.
I would highly recommend HSL to anyone who is looking for great comfort and style.

My husband, daughter and myself visited the Hull store, looking for a chair to suit my husband.
We were met by Lynne who was very knowledgeable and helpful on all aspects of the chairs, informing us of the size he needed, and showing us the wide range of different fabrics we could choose. She was very patient and answered all our questions. Altogether a very good experience, without any pressure, we were able to browse and decide. I would certainly recommend HSL. Plenty of parking spaces too.

Everything from start to finish was great, no drama all went like clockwork.

Your colleague from HSL called Yvonne in your Hull Store on Clough Road was incredibly helpful. I have never ordered anything as important as this! She was very experienced. . . . it came across in her manner in all kinds of ways! She gave me confidence in her and in the product. She was also helpful when I mentioned that I was considering ordering a two seater suite to go with my individual chair. Indeed I cannot speak highly enough of her.

From visiting the showroom in Hull to receiving our chair the service we received was 1st class. The showroom staff were patient and explained everything in simple terms. Guiding us to our choice, not dictating a choice. The delivery was so well done with times advised in advance. Chris explained the working of the controls and again it was explained in simple terms and in detail with great patience.
The quality of the chair is excellent and whilst only just getting used to the functions works very well. It has already made a difference in helping with moving and mobility.
There are other less expensive options in this market, however the quality and service are second to none and we would happily recommend HSL.

We went to HSL to buy a two seater sofa to match the to reclining chair's we have just received Ivonne and Karen where great they went through everything we needed to know to help us make our minds up it was an easy decision there products are great if you need comfort and style we recommend HSL....m.c.

Help and support from staff in store. Discussion of offers and also after returning home and calling the branch as I had had a leaflet drop, also after staff checking with Manager received further discount. A few weeks wait for colour of chair and footstool but will be exactly what is needed. Returning customer also purchased other furniture 3 years ago. Would highly recommend.

Visited the store in Hull , there was a great selection of chairs & found a few that were suitable . The 2 ladies were knowledgeable & friendly .
