Let’s start with the fact that the support team responds quickly and is very helpful. I placed a total of 4 orders, and there were no problems with shipping for any of them. The packages themselves arrived very well packed. The only issue was that there were some minor problems with the figures themselves, but that was the manufacturer’s fault, not the store’s.

However, the store did not leave me in a bad situation, they contacted the manufacturer, and now they have sent the parts that were broken inside the box. I highly recommend buying from them, they won’t leave you on your own even if there are any issues with the product. 10/10!

So I've been looking for this figure for a while it was sold out and then they re-released them and then I still wasn't able to get this figure other sites were charging crazy shipping prices so I came across this site looked up to see if it was legit on Reddit and I think it was another transformers figure site. Then heard nothing but good reviews so I took a gamble and boy oh boy that gamble worked out The delivery came pretty fast even though it was from China It got here within a week. 100% legit and thanks to them I was able to complete my sentinel Ronin warriors figure set. I highly suggest buying from them cuz they're still kind of underground or undercover and they have a lot of good prices with good shipping You're not going to be paying 60 $70 for shipping I think my shipping and this is international like 14 bucks. I will be buying from them again.

I hadn’t heard of Hsunny before ordering and the site made me a little weary at first. Found the reviews on Trustpilot and figured I’d give them a try. Ordered the week before Christmas and expected my package to come sometime in mid to late January. To my surprise it showed up on my doorstep exactly 7 days after ordering and packaged incredibly well. Bubble wrap and corner protectors on each box was so comforting to see when I opened my package. My figures came in pristine condition and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you Hsunny!

I was surprised how quick my package got here all the way from China, especially during the holidays, they email you a tracking app which makes it really easy to track your package. I was skeptical at first but now I'm comfortable with this company. They have really cool toys too, especially their Chinese stuff like metytoyz. I bought my first necromancer toy and the intricacies are amazing. Everything was also nearly shipped, all the accessories and parts were there and there was no damage. 5 stars all the way

I’ve ordered 4 action figures from this site so far, first one has arrived ( collector grade shipping ) it arrived 6 days later ordered from the uk, insanely fast considering it came from china, genuine figure too, all came as advertised, figure came fully bubble wrapped and box was protected and sealed, collectors grade is definitely worth the small extra price to protect your collectibles, the tracking was also on point and super easy to follow, honestly such a great experience, i also pre ordered something and i was unsure on when it released, emailed them and got a response in the same day explaining all my confusions, such an amazing shop i strongly recommend, ( nothing is wrong with the other 3 orders they are on the way )
