Incorrect rate quoted
Savings rate that was quoted on the screen when opening the account was higher than the rate that I was actually offered when I went to deposit funds. Spoke with their help desk who were less than useless. Complaint I made was adjudicated by the person on the call even before I made it!!!

Best rate and easy to open the account
For a 5 year savings bond, HTB offered the best rate I could find. It took less than 10 minutes to open the account and all information and communications was clear and provided quickly.
