Omg!

Omg, had to redo everything after shopping for hours. Rep couldn't even retrieve my cart OR didn't know how.

Next, the online website doesn't keep track of your spending. What a PITA!

Next, even tho I ordered (for the 2nd time on 12/8/23), one of my orders hasn't even been picked up by the carrier!

THESE and many more are the reasons I refuse to utilize Center Well for my prescriptions! You guys are just purely incompetent. When I was using you as my pharmacy, the fact that some of my drugs were critical to my health. I couldn't go a day without them. THAT, made no difference in the errors they made with my orders. I wouldn't suggest my worst enemy to use this pharmacy.

Nothing but problems with Center well Pharmacy When it was Humana Pharmacy I never had…

When it was Humana Pharmacy I never had a problem everything was on time the copay was accurate now that they switched to the center will Pharmacy the copay is all over the place I started a new diabetic drug known as trilicity a weekly injection which is supposed to be $45 for 4 vials one month supply second time I order they tell me it's $1,000 okay $947 I speak with the lady he assures me it's only $45 and she sends it to me so I reorder and now they want $452 which I will not pay I also order my Lantus which is supposed to be $35 for 4 weeks Supply it is now $70 ever since they switched over to what's the name of it Center Well Pharmacy they have screwed everything up and about to lose me as a customer there's plenty of other insurance out there

Very Callous Service

I have never seen such an inept business in my life, a serious problem since they are supposed to provide people with health insurance and prescription coverage. I was signed to Humana starting 10/01/23 by Select Quote, another service with issues I’ve since realized. To let them sign me without first checking the plan was a huge mistake on my part. But in my defense, they are supposed to recommend the best plan for you and know what they are doing. Well, I had to go to my required monthly doctor's appointment mandated by law due to a medication I’m on. I went to pick up my prescribed medication at my regular pharmacy and they told me Humana refused to cover it citing the dosage was too high. The pharmacy filled the prescription for me anyway and used Good RX to cover it. I had to pay over $140 out of pocket but at least I got my medication. Kudos to Walgreens Pharmacy for taking care of me when Humana wouldn’t. I called Humana to see what business they had refusing me a medication I had been on since 2005, without even consulting my doctor and got an explanation I couldn’t even understand. I called back to speak to someone I could understand and got a completely different story about tiers and deductibles and other stuff. So, I called a third time to speak to management and wound up with a reference number because the office I needed to speak to was closed on the weekend. On Monday I called armed with my reference number and was told they would get back to me. Well, it’s 8 PM Friday and here I am writing this review and checking other Medicare Advantage plans so I can get the hell away from Humana. For your own good, do NOT use Humana.

Have dealt with them 3 times this year

Have dealt with them 3 times this year, and 3 times I have had missing meds and no contacts with my doctor. If they tell you that they will contact your Dr for re-fill script, DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. They NEVER MAKE DOCTOR REFILL CONTACTS EVER! THEY KEEP YOU ON THE PHONE FOR PHONY REASONS TO EVADE TAKING ADDITIONAL CALLS. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. PAY THE EXTRA TO YOUR LOCAL PHARMACY FOR YOUR Safety. Moving all of my RX and will find a way to pay the extra to avoid their horrible service!!!

Where to begin

Where to begin. This mail order pharmacy SUCKS so badly they ought to be put out of business by CMS. The reason they’re not is because they’re probably owned by Menendez and a key link in the Medicare fraud industry. Humana should fire them and turn them into a telemarketing harassment center. All their PharmD’s are low life trailer trashies with degrees from phoenix University or Slippery rock. Fuk thfm, fuk CMS, and above all fuk Humana for passing this disaster off as a health service. Fuk Robert Mendndez for glorifying Medicare fraud, and fuk his mother.

I have 2 conditions one due to pain…

I have 2 conditions one due to pain caused by PMR osteoarthritis and post- 6 back and shoulder operations.
I also am being treated for depression and anxiety. My doctor prescribed a low-dose diazepam to be taken once a day. They refused to fill it saying that it was too dangerous and that the interaction was so severe that iI might die. There is absolutely no documentation in all of medical literature that has ever said that a patient has in any way sufferered any detrimental effects at all. It wasn't an insurance problem. They just refused to dispense it. I had my psych call it in to a Publix grocery store pharmacy and they immediately filled it no questions

Please stop the robo-calls.

REVIEW #1
I have asked Centerwell Pharmacy to quit calling me (robo-calling) everytime my auto-refill Auto-ship prescriptions are due.

They can't seem to make that stop. Half of the time, their automatic voice recognition system doesn't seem to follow your responses. It's VERY frustrating.

Because I need to call back, my scripts are neither auto-renew, nor auto-ship.

I was angry enough today to fire them.

REVIEW #2 - update on October 13, and bumped the rating. Will bump it higher if the fix is permanent.

When I wrote review #1 several months ago, I also contacted my Humana sales representative, who contacted Humana on my behalf.

Lo and behold, I received scripts this morning with NO preceeding ROBO-call. Not sure what they did, but if your circumstance is the same, my best recommendation contact your Humana Sales representative. If they're as good as mine is, you'll get results.

I've tried to deal with these people…

I've tried to deal with these people for several years. They harrass you with texts and phone calls. I've had 2 scripts canceled by them as they need pre-authorizaition back and forth from them and my doctor. I'm willing to pay the price - which is higher than my local grocery store, but they make it impossible. I get a voice mail on a Saturday afternoon telling me there will be a delay if I don't call back soon. The woman leaving the message rips off the return phone number so fast I have to replay the message over and over. I call back and they tell me to call back later to to chronic higher than normal call volumes. Then they tell you to deal with your issue on-line. When I finally reach someone, I"m told I have to start this whole process to get approval for a 90 day supply of a $150.00 of common bladder control drug. On the flip side, the harrassment to get any one time drugs I filled at my local pharmacy are un-relenting. Ones I need, they accept, then cancel. My doctor doesn't want to mess with the hassle. I'm done with these people.

False advertising

False advertising. While ordering my monthly over the counter items, when I got to the multi-vitamins called Sentry Senior, which I usually get, the description said 60 tablets, but the photo shown that day clearly showed 265 tablets. I called to speak with a rep, who said he'd pass on the info. This is clearly an error, and the two were not proof read. Today, over a month later, I received a call, the girl apologized, but said that they 'could not' make it good and send me a couple more bottles. She would/could not give me a legitimate reason why. It's not that they could not satisfy the customer, it's that they would not satisfy the customer. Bad way to handle this, as it would not be any big deal to send me a couple more bottles, and then make sure the photo and description match. Simple. Not happy. As of today, July 11, the original photo is still on the site.

I had Humana for years

I had Humana for years. When they switched to Centerwell Pharmacy, everything changed.

Centerwll Pharmacy has a habit of cancelling your prescriptions, and then denying they did. It's like no one there has a clue as to what's going on.

They have a habit of trying to get you to switch to other meds in an attempt to nullify the doctors' experience and advice.

I regret this is my option.

Continuously calling me during the day…

Continuously calling me during the day interrupting my work with unnecessary phone calls. All they exist to do is pressure their customers into buying more prescriptions. They also don't carry a prescription I need in the size I needed it in, but they pound you to death with notifications and they do not listen to what you want!

Centerwell.Sucks

I recently qualified for Medicare and chose a Humana Advantage plan. While I was happy with Walmart Pharmacy I switched to Centerwell since it was Himama's preferred phamacy. Big mostake

Cemterwell got my prescription for antibiotics I needed.to stop diarhea, incontinece, heartburn, and upset stomach on 5/15.

When i hadn't got it by 5/22 i checked.the Centerwell website and it said it shipped 5/22 and gave a USPS tracking #. I assumed it was on its way.

i checked the Cemterwll website again on 5/23 to see the projected delivery date and it said shipped. I clicked on the USPS tracking # and USPS said they hadn't received it. I alled Cemtwrwell. Their agent said it would be to USPS that day.

I checked the Centerwell website again on 5/24 and it said shipped. I clicked on the USPS tracking # and USPS said.tjey hadn't received it. I called Centerwell. Their agent said would be to USPS that day.

I checked the Centerwell website again on 5/26 and it said shipped. I clicked on the USPS tracking # and USPS said.tjey hadn't receivedit. I called my doctor and moved the prescription..

I have no idea whether Centerwell is made up of a bunch of people who are grossly incompetent or pathological liars but I am never going to use them ever again..

Walmart Pharmacy always got me my stuff in significantly less time. I'm going hack to them.

NEVER use CenterWell

NEVER use this CenterWell! I called 2 days ago to verify my scripts were ready to send out and they said they were. I called today to make sure they were sent out and they were NOWHERE to be found!! After some searching, they tell me that THEY CANCELLED ALL my scripts because they didn't have ONE in stock. There was a note on file saying they contacted my doctor telling him that they were all cancelled. This was a LIE!! My doctor was FUMING, as this fiasco took up 2 HOURS of his practice, tied up his phone lines and wasted MY time to get this straightened out. I was supposed to have my medications 2 days ago. They were sent in electronically 11 days ago.
Do NOT use this pharmacy!! They lie to cover themselves and their mistakes and you will be the one to suffer for it!

Absolutely horrible and misleading…

Absolutely horrible and misleading service. They refuse to respond to enquiries and provide false information if and when they do. Their pricing is ridiculous with items priced 3 & 4 times higher than a local pharmacy.... no doubt more government rip-offs and no concern for the needs of Medicare recipients. Still don't have my items after they were promised a week ago. Not a single reply to my multiple enquires.

CenterWell is awful, just like every other medical insurance company.

First, the computer system is an unmitigated disaster. (During my career, I worked on computer systems at various healthcare companies. They're all very old, convoluted messes.) Second, their representatives don't know what they are doing. I was transferred four different times, (each time without telling me) having to repeat my information again and again. Yet after all that, I still didn't get my trivial issue resolved. Someone finally told me to call back during normal business hours. The main reason I stay with Humana is that other Medicare Advantage plans are as bad or worse. At least with Humana, I've become accustomed to their screwy systems. With a new provider, I'd have to start over from scratch. Sometimes it's better to stay with the devil you know than the devil you don't.

Attempt to transfer prescriptions

I spent parts of 3 days and online chatted with 4 different representatives in an attempt to transfer my prescriptions to CenterWell. Each representative provided totally different instructions on how to acccomplish the transfer process. The 4th representative finally entered all of the information manually to send off a request to my physician for authorization to fill the prescriptions. This experience left me questioning whether all representatives are operating under the same procedural guidelines and just how comprehensive their training is. I will be monitoring my experience with CenterWell quite closely.

Centerwell pharmacy rip-off

Centerwell pharmacy OTC is a bad joke. They double and triple the price,while sending you the cheapest useless products. Their vitamin supplements are deliberately displayed so you cannot see entire label, their "aids" are made in China or India and are cheap junk, even simple bandaids bleed through and won't stay on! Their pain patches fall off in the first hour no matter if you just showered, cleaned the area with alcohol, or even added adhesive tape (patch just sags between the tape). Humana Pharmacy wasn't great, but it was tolerable.....Centerwell should lose their license.

Enlarge server

They don't seem to have a server that is able to handle the traffic. I have tried to get into my account, my meds and my otc at least 10 times already this morning. Always get a message that my browser is unable to get into theirs. Humana screwed all of us when they bought centerwell. Have Medicare and can't afford the co-pays if I don't use this disgusting company. The refill screen (the only one I can access) shows that the meds I am out of were refilled on 1/23/23. I got a letter telling me that my doctor denied one. I have two refills left. Haven't seen the ones I need. Anyone have a suggestion on how to refill them short of using another pharmacy.
