I would give 0 stars if I could!! I should have researched before purchase, but this is a SCAM company! They use American names at first when you email them, but send generic emails and then Chinese names, I was not aware this was in China, you will nerve get the product you ordered, I ordered some Marine shoes and then get this constant email about quilts! All responses are generic about quilts, said my order was waiting on DHL to pick up and takes 2-4 days well that was a month ago and today I was told it shipped, when you look at tracking info its a scam, it will sit in a Chinese distribution place and never move. That is not shipped and nothing indicates it is coming to the USA, originally it said 2 WEEKS to ship and they were custom shoes ( as I thought) but now nothing. DO NOT order from this company they will give you hope and the run around but never send your product. This only happened one other time from different Chinese SCAM and the shipping method / tracking Scam WAS THE SAME and it took 6 months for me to get my money back! Order at your own ricks, but clearly more angry or p***@d off customer than happy!!

This business is a scam. I never received my two quilts. According to DHL, they were sent to the wrong address. They won't giving me a refund or new shipment. Stay away!!! BTW...DHL says the tracking number I was given did not exist.

Don’t waste your money. It’s full of WRONG notes. How could anyone screw up this song so badly? They’re not just a little off. Some of the notes are WAY off. It was enough to make me cringe. Freddie Mercury must be rolling over in his grave. This is a REAL disappointment, because the concept was great. But the end product was so totally disappointing that I just threw it away.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. I ordered the Outlander throw, it arrived about 30 days later. It is worse than horrible. It's made from cheap fabric, printing is blurred, quality is below anything I have ever seen. I contacted them via email as per instructions. I was told they would review my case and get back to me with whether a return was accepted or denied. It has been over two weeks I have not heard from them. Their website says they only allow 30 days for return. I have also read other reviews that state the cost to send this back to Vietnam is more than the cost of the item. The reviews on their own website are all 5 stars. Do not be fooled. Their products are cheap and honestly ugly and not worth $5 let alone $50. I know I will never be able return it due to the fact that they will not answer my email with an acceptance or denial. There is no phone number. And you cannot return without and approval. In addition to the cost of approximately $60 to return a $49 quilt and I would not be assured that I would actually get a refund in my opinion. I strongly caution anyone considering purchasing from this company do not do it. It is poor quality and it is not as shown in the photos. It is a scam.

SCAM - AVOID THIS SELLER. I ordered a Grateful Dead "Ripple" music box. When the box arrived, it did not appear to be the same etched quality as displayed, but when the music box was played, it sounded absolutely horrible- more like a frightening tune in a horror film than a music box rendition of Ripple. The seller was slow to respond and refused to replace the defective produce, offering only a 20% refund and 30% credit towards next purchase. As if I would ever buy from them again. AVOID THIS SELLER

I order a wooden candle holder, very poor quality, wrong item sent. Ordered To my Man, limited addition, received, To my Wife?? Will never be able to put candles in due the the small hole made in wood. Requested a returns address & refund, which as been avoided & ignored. Please do not buy, poor customer service & a rip off!’ Cost me £31. What a joke!!!

Scam bedset/quilt company. I ordered 3 Bedsets from Humpine. 2 were from Kaylee and Tepid (Same Company). All 3 were advertised as beautiful thick, fluffy microfiber plush comforter sets with amazing pictures of real comforters and bedding material. I got them in the mail and it wasn't a comforter, it was basically a vinyl shower curtain at best. It looks like something you'd find in the back of a UHaul truck to cover a load. It's only 2 mm thick. You couldn't sleep with this comforter if you tried. It's not even sleeping material. The image quality is blown up, blurry lines, and stolen. THIS IS A SCAM, SCAM, DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY!!!

OK, so I ordered two quilts from Humpine dot com in August. There was no warning that it could take months to receive my quilts, or even that it might take one month. I wound up receiving one of them five weeks later, and the other one four weeks after that. They are just OK looking; they definitely look better in the photos. And in one of them, there is a pretty glaring typo in one word on the quilt. Oh, yes, and the material is very cheap as well. So, yeah, I can't really give more than two stars, especially since I didn't wind up displaying either one in my home. I wish I could say they were worth the wait, but, not really.

I ordered shoes for my son and never got them.

Awful product, the “quilt” is nothing more than a packing blanket with a printed top fabric. The back is black and looks and feels just like a UHaul packing blanket,except UHaul is softer. Do not buy from here. Made is China, shipped from China, return to China ($60!). Awful

Scam. This is a company based in Asia and they steal the designs from US companies and sell terrible quality blankets. Don't trust this website. They don't even have a phone number on their website.. why would you ever shop on a website that doesn't offer a customer service phone number.

Please do yourself a favor and save money and time. The products they offer are indeed not the quality they portray. My "Kona Cotton" quilt ended up being more like VINYL!! This company is a scam. I understand they are in China, which is another issue in and of itself, but they take 3-4 days to respond to an email. If you choose to return the item, it's so costly to do so that it isn't worth the junk they mailed. Bad deal. Don't do it.

Product that arrives is not the same as ordered. Emails to Humpine go unanswered. Paypal offers no help. Do not order from this company or the other names it uses.

Do NOT use, never received product, nearly a month after ordering. I am out $70 it appears.

BAD? NO, MORE LIKE GARBAGE. THE MUSIC BOX WAS SO VERY SAD- SOUR NOTES, UNRECOGNIZABLE SONG, AND LAUGHINGLY CHEAP.

Funny story. I ordered a music box as a gift for my daughter and kept getting emails about the status of my quilt order. I ignored those as being likely due to a form email saying "quilt." No worries yet. Then I was told that my order shipped through DHL and that if the tracking number didn't work, give it a few days because DHL often runs a little behind. I gave it a few days, and a few days more. Never could get any status. I contacted DHL. Turns out DHL had no clue about the package, the tracking number, or anything. I pointed this out to Humpine and -- this is where they earned the single star -- I was immediately refunded my money. Small props to Humpine, but they still blamed DHL for losing the order.
Cut to a few weeks later and this little box shows up in the mail (not DHL). I open it to find -- ta da! -- what looks like the music box I ordered. I opened it and eagerly turned the little crank to hear something that sounded nothing like the song I expected, but rather something akin to cats fighting. Or f**king. I couldn't tell because it was THAT out of tune.
Bottom line opinion: I think this company exists to hold your money and use it, knowing full well they'll either have to refund it (after earning some pennies of interest) or get to keep it because people either forget or are too lazy to ask for it back. DHL may or may not know that they're being blamed. Maybe your experience will be better if you actually order a quilt, but this particular experience has not done much to further Sino-American economic relations in this reviewer's opinion.

Do not buy!!!! My quilt that I paid over $200 for is rubbish does not look like picture and all they said was that on my next purchase I could have 30% off. Then on the same order I bought a candle holder which can't fit candles they told me to buy a smaller candle but this is impossible as the hole to place the candle in is just way to small both where presents for my partner. Wish i knew how bad these products where!!!

Worst first and last experience ever. I purchased a candle holder for my girlfriends birthday. 1 week or so before her birthday I get the confirmation email saying my QUILT is almost finished......I then fix the immediately obvious problem here. They tell me I will then get a new confirmation. At this point it wasnt going to arrive for her birthday. That's okay i can understand that. BUT, another week goes by and no response. This happend two weeks in a row. I'm getting fed up at this point. They have now missed our ANNIVERSARY as well. I tell them this is unacceptable and how they messed this whole thing up because of the lack of communication. Their only response was " we were trying!" Were....so they stopped trying at all and have yet to refund my $30. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.
