Had such a pleasant experience with Hydrus! The two gentlemen who came to instal my boiler were very professional and did such a good job. They explained everything so well and we’re very informative! The gentleman Tom I spoke to in the phone who booked it in was also verily lovely and helpful. Over all we are very satisfied. Could not fault them!

Fantastic from start to finish on replacement of complete heating system. Nothing during the quote process was too much trouble when exploring all options. Everything was explained well by both our initial contact John as well as by the engineers carrying out the work. Everyone involved was honest regarding problems that were found and all were resolved efficiently and effectively. Would recommend Hydrus to others.

Liam from Hydrus heating come out recently to do Annual service on the boiler. I can’t found any fault the professional and courteous service.

Extremely happy with the service from hydrus my boiler was installed very efficiently and I am very happy with how it looks. Tom was also a great help in advising the right boiler for my needs.

Exceptional service from beginning to end. Jason was helpful at identifying a suitable boiler and quoting and then following up. Chris
worked non stop with the installation- pukka job, gas safety certificate, cleaned the mess took all the rubbish away and explained the system and how to work everything. Company has a service contract for a reasonable monthly charge.They also register the boiler and guarantee. Would highly recommend.

I started my new boiler journey with Danny who talked me through different options and boilers he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and answered my many questions. The boiler was booked to be installed within the week. The guys turned up exactly on time were very friendly and extremely efficient. The boiler was installed and the guys cleaned up checked all radiators the water and all the necessary checks very thoroughly, completely cleaned up after themselves and then took the time to show me how the boiler operated and also the heating timer. An excellent job all round and would recommend them to anyone - Thankyou.

Hired Hydrus to remove old combi and fit new combi. It was a bish bash bosh job, with no craftsmanship, still has large gaps where they passed a pipe through the wall,

Boiler Guide put me on to Hydrus Heating with respect to changing my boiler. My boiler had broken down and I was desperate to get it sorted out. Hydrus Heating contacted me the same day and they managed to change my boiler two days after which was very efficient of them. The quality of work was excellent and no mess was made during or after the work. The price was also great. I would recommend them anytime.

Had 3 quotes for renewing combi boiler Hydrus was the best offering a better boiler than the other 2 with 12years warranty fitted and working in 4hours .The guy that carried out the work was called Fran he was absolutely fantastic professional and explained everything step by step thanks Fran for putting our minds at ease.I would 100% recommend HYDRUS .
