Rang for new boiler quote got good honest advice . A very competitive quote a 12 Yr warranty and a service plan at the right price 👍 the day of installation went smoothly and the engineer did a very professional and neat job 👏 and was a credit to Hydrus .

Absolutely terrible experience and service, they installed a boiler that did not even work and then made us wait for days before installing a new one, and I had to make numerous calls before it was resolved, then to make matters even worse, they wired it all wrong which meant our central heating was not working as it should and then expected us to pay 800 pound to fix their mistake. We had to get an engineer to come out and he confirmed it was their mistake, I then told them this and they said they will arrange a refund but I still have not had it. They just do not want to listen to anything when we have rang them up and now I am stuck with this boiler!

As a responsible landlord I needed a quick response to a boiler replacement. I got a call back from Tom within an hour of my on-line request. I sent some photos through and got a price back that afternoon. Once we had confirmed the detail, the price and install date were fixed.
On the day of install, Kieran and his team turned up prompt and completed the job within half a day. The neatness and professionalism of the job is exceptional and from my personal experience of tradesmen/women, the quality is second to none.

Very Friendly staff, unreliable service. Everyone I dealt with was polite however, their surveyor quoted me for a job that on the day the engineer said was impossible and left. I rebooked and they failed to turn up ..TWICE, despite me speaking to one of their managers to arrange the booking, Leaving me without functioning heating for 3 months. I had to chase them for my deposit being refunded and was even asked to tell them how much I had paid so they could refund me, this was a week after they had told me the refund would be in my bank that day. I now have functioning heating from a different company, who quoted correctly and turned up when they said they would.

A great service both from the telephone consultation and costings with the heating Advisor Jason right through the full installation of boiler and radiators. The engineer Tim, who fitted the system was excellent, professional, polite, patient and worked flat out to complete in one day.

Being a First time buyer, the help was fantastic no hassle. Tom was fantastic to deal with. The guys that came were brilliant no mess and were very professional. Would definitely recommend.

Just had a nice new combi boiler fitted by Hydrus and the experience was amazing. Knowing little about boilers finding the right one at a good price is a challenge. Fortunately I spoke to Tom at Hydrus who suggested a suitable system with a price and an install date. Wishing to compare deals I spoke to some other companies and after 2/3 I rang Tom back to commit to the offered deal. Tom was the reason I chose Hydrus. He is so knowledgeable, friendly and very informative. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered all my queries without any fuss or pressure. There was no comparison with the other "sales people" I spoke to. I've got to say the 2 engineers who turned up were excellent, on time,quick,clean,tidy and polite..really nice lads! If the product lives up to the standards of your workforce I will be well suited.

John Sam and Jay replaced my old boiler with a new one did a fantastic job on time clean reliable service didn’t even notice they were here, I wasn’t looking forward to this but it was painless definitely worth a review and a recommendation to anyone thinking of getting this done.

Really easy to book and they were happy to work around our schedule even though we had to change the date of installation at short notice. Tony was really helpful and kept us up to date, we thought that we needed a larger boiler which he gave us a quote for and we were going to go ahead with it but after he came to do an assessment he informed us that we didn’t need such a large boiler saving us money in purchasing and installing a smaller boiler. A trustworthy company. Would recommend.

Recently had a replacement boiler provided and fitted by Hydrus heating. Excellent service from first communication to installation. The staff couldn’t do enough to help. Rapid response and competitive price. The two lads doing the installation where friendly and professional and didn’t mind my nosey 4 year old popping her head around constantly. I have cancelled my home are with other provider and swapped to Hydrus for that also as they are very competitive and we all need to tighten our belts atm. Overall Excellent experience and can’t thank Hydrus enough.

John and Jae arrived on time (as arranged) and worked solidly and efficiently through to completion of the installation. They talked through all options and explained each step clearly as they went. At the end of the day they covered all aspects of using the new system, before having a thorough clean up leaving the work area spotless.
