I would give Hyperwallet zero stars if I could

I would give Hyperwallet zero stars if I could.
I received a YouTube payout of USD $1,264.78 through Hyperwallet. Hyperwallet sent the wire using an incomplete version of my legal name, so my bank credited USD $1,253.78 after fees and then reversed it because the beneficiary name did not match my bank records. My bank confirmed that the money was returned to the sender. Hyperwallet then told me the payment had been successfully credited and sent me an MT103 showing the original transfer, which did not address the later reversal. I was stuck going back and forth between Hyperwallet, YouTube and my bank while nobody took responsibility for locating my money.

The name fields in my Hyperwallet profile were locked, so I could not correct the problem myself. Hyperwallet initially said YouTube had to change it, while YouTube directed me back to Hyperwallet. Even after multiple emails and escalations, the issue was not properly fixed. I eventually got the money returned to my Hyperwallet balance, but I still had difficulty withdrawing it. I tried a small USD $20 PayPal transfer, and Hyperwallet cancelled it and returned the money without giving me a useful explanation. The cancellation email even contained broken placeholders instead of the transfer details. Their customer sevice sucked and support process was slow, contradictory and completely unsuitable for a company handling people’s income. All I wanted was access to money I earned from YouTube. After experiencing this, I checked the public reviews and found many other customers reporting problems involving inaccessible funds, failed payments and poor support. I would not recommend Hyperwallet to any creator or company looking for a reliable payout service.

Hyperwallet and Payoneer are a SCAM

Avoid Hyperwallet and Payoneer these to companies are a scam. Trust me I know someone who works for them and thay told me that it's a ploy to stop people getting accces to their own funds. Its so the company can hold onto your money and make interest, tieing up your funds for months .. You will never get access becuase you will never be aproved.. BTW did a 3 year old kid design your website. You seriouly think people want to trust you with their money..

HYPERWALLET IS A SCAM DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY OF YOUR DETAILS

I would give this company a zero rating…

I would give this company a zero rating if I could. I was forced into using Paylution in order to get paid. They inform you when funds are deposited, hoping you will withdraw the money immediately and pay fees. If you fail to use the card within some unknown time period, they start charging fees and reducing your balance without informing you they are doing so. If they want to be seen as legitimate, they are going about it the wrong way. There were few places willing to accept their card for payment and they have an F rating from the BBB. While the money I was paid was sitting there they started stealing "fees" from the account, so I never received my full compensation. They charge fees for any trasactions, so are immediately denied access trying to use it as a credit card by merchants. These prepaid visa cards are a scam used to milk people out if their money and should be treated as such. They will not tell you why they are charging a fee. You have to figure it out from the fine print hidden somewhere online and agree to terms that you never see until after the fact.

A Bizarre Dis-functional Company

A Bizarre Dis-functional Company
First I received an email receipt from Hyperwallet telling me I had received a payment from my insurance carrier.

Next I received an email from Hyperwallet with a button to click to arrange to receive a claim payment from my company's insurance carrier. When I clicked it, it asked me for a phone number. I entered my company’s phone number and the site said it was the wrong number. Now I’ve only ever had 1 phone number for my company so I don’t know what other number they could possibly have wanted. When I tried again, it failed again and I was notified that “access to your account has been suspended”.

I called Hyperwallet’s customer service and had the most bizarre conversation with a guy who insisted my email address had to have “gmail.com” after it “because all emails have gmail.com”

He found my company's payment but told me the account did not have a person listed, only the company, and that my insurance company failed to list a person, and no payment would ever be made without a person’s name. I explained to him that the payment was to my company for a claim, not a person and that it was correct. He insisted it was wrong and he couldn't find a out why the phone number failed.

He transferred me to my insurance carrier who put me in touch with the Claim Adjuster. She looked at the insurance file and said everything was perfect including the phone number and that Hyperwallet should be paying my company, not me personally.

I decided to get a check, an old fashioned snail-mail highly insecure expensive paper check.

Hyperwallet is a sham. Its technology and people are dis-functional and worthless.

Worst experience so far

Worst experience so far, they are a bunch of thieves that is looking for free money. Never invest your funds with them, or else you will lose everything. I have learned my lesson the hard way. I know #Crop#Mines.........# to be the best and secure place to invest and assures good returns without any delay.

This system is a SCAM

I'm using this CRAP as it was imposed on me by 99designs.com. It supposed to be automatic payout platform but it is NEVER predictible. You can receive your payout request today or within the next 4 days.

The customer support is a joke, actually it is missing.

Don't use this JUNK platform if you can choose a different one.

Worked for me :)

Can only tell of my experience but all was good. Had a wallet credit with a company which I wanted to transfer into my bank account. They use Hyperwallet. Checked on Trustpilot to see if trustworthy & was worried by reviews. However, as it's part of Paypal, I took the risk & transferred credit into my PayPal account. I then transferred into my bank account. Credit was instant. Hence 5 stars :)

Oh boy

Oh boy, where to start. Account is constantly locked due to suspected fraud. I've been waiting three months for an unlock. This clinical trial pays well, so I kind of want to pursue it. How bad do I really need that $300 bucks?
