Similar experience w/ “Tick Pick”

Similar experience with “tick pick” as the reviewer below. Payments just stopped and the company claims they’re sending emails with instructions on how to address through “hyperwallet” but those emails never come through. Nobody can tell me where my money is and it’s not an insignificant amount. Shady business going on here.

I wish I could give it zero

I wish I could give it zero. This is apparently TickPicks new way of paying out sellers. They had a problem with a supposed capital letter in me email (there isn’t) and my payment has been delayed over a week. Finally able to activate and they can’t “verify” me and you can only attempt to verify once every 24 hours. I will never use TickPick again, not even to buy because I am so angry. It took a week to even get the sorriest excuse for why I don’t have my money. And I won’t use any company that requires this horrible payment method.

Very bad company.

1: You can only know the exchange rate of the currencies after you send the many, and that is so ridiculous

2: It does not give you the real exchange rate. Today, 1EUR = 1USD. On hyperwallet 1EUR = 1.10 USD excluding fees. This means losing a lot of money.

3: There is no point in sending them an email or trying to contact them, because they simply won't respond.

Service/contact is abysmal!

My advise is to quit all company's who've chosen to work with Hyperwallet.

IT'S PayPals latest scam.

Scammers for sure.

Same experience as everyone here. I have tried to have my 8WEN form approved for weeks now, using official signature programs, and they reject it every single time. They are holding my money, rejecting forms to deliberately hold my money. A joke of a company definitely scamming on some level. Clearly they don't care about customers because we didn't choose to use this company. Teachers Pay Teachers, changed to this company. Will be emailing them now to tell them we are getting scammed.

Hyperwallet rip off

Hyperwallet is a new global payment method owned by PayPal. If you’re unfortunate enough to be paid in USD, prepare to be gouged. They don’t allow any kind of transfer in USD so force a currency conversion at an extremely unattractive rate. What’s more there is no way to check on the rate… there is a well hidden conversion ‘tool’ but no way to enter USD as ‘from’ currency They also charge you a fee if you leave the funds in there too long. Customer service takes weeks to respond and is very poorly trained. Such a rort, really bad :(

This is a scammer company

This is a scammer company. Never ever trust this company. Telus forced the Google raters to receive their payment by this affiliate payment hyperwallet. The money never came to your bank account and you have to pay the cashout return for their mistake $10 from the cashout. Someone will soon sues hyperwallet company or Telus and will get big rewards.

Catastrophes, and mouths: to flee if you have any choice!

I also come here to supplement the negative opinions that this company receives here.

Indeed, for almost 5 months we have been forced to go through HyperWallet to recover our winnings on 5 euros, and for transfers to a bank account, it's a disaster: the money that never arrives even after their famous date on arrival, support that is non-existent or rarely responds except after 8 follow-up messages and 5 to 6 days after the first message; then if you are lucky enough to have non-automated answers, they tell you the problem is with your bank, yet the same bank details receive money by Payonee regularly.

I find them shameful and pompous despite their quite high commission fees. I still have to go through PayPal to receive my winnings and again suffered very high commission fees to transfer to my credit card and chains of costs that continue before the arrival of these famous winnings which in the end become skinny.

It's shameful that you don't read these reviews to correct yourself!

Card locked, unable to resolve

I had a debit card issued for payment of commissions. I received 4 deposits to the card all in 2021. Apparently, someone tried to use my card fraudulently and the card was locked. When I called to inquire why the card was locked I was advised I needed to file a dispute (as if I were disputing declined transactions!!!) in order to have the account unlocked. How F&%^$ ridiculous. Someone tried to use my card fraudulently, fine, reissue a new card, don't require that I file a dispute for transactions which I do not dispute...! I have destroyed the card and written off the funds. Total waste of time and energy...Fruad Fraud Fraud Fraud

Frustrating customer service

I have been trying to set this up for weeks but they keep rejecting by W8BEN tax form. The responses I get from them are ridiculous. I had to do the same think with Google for my Youtube account and it took 5 minutes with no issues. Starting to think this is a way to keep the money, hoping I will just give up.

Still not paid after 5 weeks

Shocking service! They charged me a 20% service fee, lost my payment to PayPal, and now lost my money again via wire transfer. They also refuse to allow payments to local US Payoneer accounts (Payoneer), which would have resolved these issues ages ago.

Avoid like the plague

I had to deal with Maria.
Horrible service.
Took forever for her to come back to me after every single sentence.
It took her one try to drop the standard process and put me (without warning) in a neverending process that I finished after 40 minutes. She wouldn't even bother tell me how much of the process was left, after 40 painful minutes.
Then, right after getting her well-deserved negative review, she blocked my account.

Now, yet another process to get the account unlocked, interacting with an email address which says they take "up to 2 business days" but really take 6 business days.
They care about your time and clearly want to make it as difficult as possible for you to use your money. They don't even bother askign for all the documents "they need"; they ask for one document, 6 days later ask for another one, and it goes on and on.

Avoid like the plague.
