Help came easily.

I just knew I would have trouble with my Rouses receipt. And as I expected, this receipt did not scan properly. When I requested my missing cash, it was accepted one first attempt.

I am still missing cash back on three…

I am still missing cash back on three items that are clearly evident on my receipt.

Was not given proper cashback for items and amounts purchased. Thus I am then missing the week bonus.

This seems to be a common issue.

Used to love and now rarely used

Used to love this app and now I rarely use it, too much bs… I’ve spent more on things for rebates they didn’t honor than I’ve got cash back. Items that match exactly aren’t honored and can’t complain cause it won’t take the scan in the first place: it’s annoying

I like the cash back.....

I like the cash back...... But we shouldn't have to fight and argue for our money back. I bought the required items and they denied the claim. It took multiple emails to get my $4. They did finally add it to my account.

Always taking advantage of consumers

Horrible fraud app that is constantly trying to not pay consumers while charging brands big bucks. Always have to be zealous to watch every receipt. If you challenge an intentional “omission,” it will be sent to someone in an other country who doesn’t speak English, and the result is always denial. It’s really a use-at-your-own peril app like Uber with no guardrails or real support.

Terrible website

Terrible website. Zero customer service.
Most items they give a rebate on are items no one wants. Can’t access your money until you’ve accumulated $20.

I made a purchase at winn Dixie 6pm…

I made a purchase at winn Dixie 6pm for 2 Malibu Rums which also gave me a Malibu bonus .. those 3 offers should have completed my pawsitive bonus of which I needed 3 offers left.. however I received the 3 bonuses (2 Malibu rum) & the buy 2 Malibu offer.. I got paid for the 3 bonuses but NOT pawsitive bonus… I knew something shady was happening because it usually takes up to an hour to update account after purchase. I kept checking & 3 HOURS later it was STILL PENDING???? It has NEVER taken that long to clear a purchase! This morning I wake up to see I was paid 3 offers but NOT pawistive bonus??? WHY??? Those 3 offers completes the final 3 for pawsitive bonus well before 11pm??!?

There’s times where I buy things come…

There’s times where I buy things come home and scan and don’t get my money in my Ibotta account. I have emailed Ibotta about one particular item. I still have not received an email back regarding my cash back it’s been over a week now. It seems like it takes a long time to hear back from them when you have an issue. I always make sure that I am buying the right item. I even took a picture of what was on there app to make sure that I was buying the right product if they come back and tell me it was a different size. This time it wasn’t. I am still waiting for a response when taking a picture of the receipt they always say it’s blurry or I can’t read. They need to fix that on their app. Also, when you check Mark a product and you change your mind you should be able to uncheck that so it’s not in your list when you go shopping.

I love Ibotta

I love Ibotta. I never have a problem getting my money. The app helps me find and try out new products ---some of which I had never heard of and some that I never thought I would ever even try. The customer service is the best of any of the apps I have tried.

I TRIED TO WITHDRAW FORTY DOLLARS OF EARNINGS, MY MONEY, AND THEY REFUSED, SAYING MY WITHDRAWLS WERE LOCKED. NOT MY ACCOUNT, SO THEY CAN STILL HARVEST MY DATA AND STEAL MY MONEY; JUST MY WITHDRALS, OF COURSE. : ) I HAVE HAD THE SAME ACCOUNT DETAILS FOR YEARS, NEVER CHANGED BANKS. THEY FORCED ME TO INTERACT WITH AN AI WHOSE ONLY AVAILABLE OPTION WAS TO BLAME ME MY BANK SUPPOSEDLY NOT ACCEPTING THE WITHDRAWL, INSTEAD OF THEIR CHOOSING TO LOCK WITHDRAWLS WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. THE AI CHAT BOT REFUSED TO LET ME STATE THE CORRECT PROBLEM. IT REFUSED TO LET ME SUPPLY ANY OF MY OWN INFORMATION. IBOTTA REFUSES TO SPEAK TO ME. I ASSUME MY MONEY IS LOST; 60 PLUS DOLLARS I WILL NEVER GET BACK. IBOTTA HAS GONE THE WAY OF ALL THE OTHER CASH BACK PLATFORMS, RUNNING OFF WITH YOUR MONEY AFTER YEARS OF EARNING YOUR TRUST. WITHDRAW ALL YOUR MONEY (IF YOU CAN, IF THEY LET YOU) AND DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT.

Missed credit. I had a purchase on 5/4/26 that was due…

I had a purchase on 5/4/26 that was due a $3 credit but scan code for neutogena alcohol toner has not been updated. The company apparently updated the packaging and the scan code but it has not been updated in your system so I did not get credit. I tried to contact you but only got botts that went in circles. Since the neutron toner was the only item that was due a credit, it does not show in my purchase history.
