I started out a little confused but by following the directions I was able to learn and get a little cash back after a few days.

Why I chose this business:
Rising prices drove me to try something outside my comfort zone

It would be nice if there were actually stuff on here that people bought! It used to be that we actually made some good money but as the years have gone on were lucky if we make 5 cents a month! To be honest Ibotta has been pretty disappointing lately. :(

Missing 2 offers even though I marked them as being on receipt and they are clearly there. Disappointed.

Been really happy with Ibotta over the years! Great that you point out if we miss an offer and you allow us the opportunity to find it and claim it! The only downside is if you exchange an item for size or color, your lose your cash back for that item.

Love getting money back on the items I buy! Super easy just link your accounts with Ibotta and they do the rest!

Stupidest app ever. They make you jump through hoops for pennies. Don't waste your time. I got rid of it because they kept telling me I didn't submit the entire receipt when I can clearly see everything they said they can't see so don't even try this app, minimal stuff to get cash back on and hope you even get it. And then you can only email them because they don't have people there who can talk to customers, just robots, hate that. I deleted and lost like 8 bucks and something, oh well, it's not worth it, just one more thing to stress about, so don't even bother trying it. Good luck staying in business ibotta!!!!

Love all the offers on things I will actually use.

The deals are awesome and so easy to get. IBOTTA is my favorite app. Love that they will let you know if you forget to select the item. Very fair.

The App is very easy to use AND, more importantly, the savings are impressive!

I find it very dofficult to get my receipt to read correctly with All offers found instead of one here or one there. I can’t be home all the time to take pictures of all the barcodes and taking the time to search online is crazy. Also, why have my stuff linked if you aren’t going to automatically rebate us? Please help me understand how this is all worth it.

For some reason, the Polar soda did not register on the app, but after scanning the upc code in? I quickly received the 25 cents per bottle. thanks Ibotta!

Why is it that Ibotta pick & choose what & when you wanna give MY cash back??? I have an offer that been pending for days now without resolve! I’ve been doing Ibotta for almost 10 years & I ain’t trying to get over on nothing! I always scan each & every single time I use the app but it appears that I’m getting questioned more & more! I did use to enjoy doing it but I’m gonna cut back more. I’m retired but this would just give me something to do…

I just knew I would have trouble with my Rouses receipt. And as I expected, this receipt did not scan properly. When I requested my missing cash, it was accepted one first attempt.

I am still missing cash back on three items that are clearly evident on my receipt.

Was not given proper cashback for items and amounts purchased. Thus I am then missing the week bonus.

This seems to be a common issue.
