I had my Camera I can 365 for at least a couple of months and now it no longer work. It went out. Do not buy this camera. They make it very hard of cancer subscription. I don’t see any numbers to call them stay where do not buy this Camera?
Worked well at the start but now every so often disconnects from Internet for no reason. You have to set the whole camera up again and you loose all data which is very annoying. Id stay well away from this one definitely much better cameras out there
The most anoying camera on earth, constant harassment, shame really works well in my garden ,had to remove it as it's causing me anxiety, will not accept that I don't need a subscription
The camera works. And that’s it. The ads are horrible. So many of them! And now with the update, the ads go straight to a browser. Don’t waste your money!
When first started wasn't to bad
Last year the start bombarding with adverts as a result to get to the camera you got to watch adverts (quite few of them)and you can miss an important event don't buy you will waste your money
I got it as the Geeni camera I wanted wasn't available.
Set up was fairly easy. It doesn't trigger unless there's an actual "humanoid" very close to it. Range is terrible and near as I can see, not adjustable

Very disappointing experience. The app makes it extremely difficult to cancel subscriptions, and customer support was not helpful. Even after cancelling my card, I was still being charged month.
I now have to go through my bank to stop these charges. Please be careful before subscribing.
Don't get this camera. They are still taking money out that I canceled. Can't get in touch with anyone. Imagine that.
I guess, the old adage is correct when you say, You get what you paid for. Camera periodically not available when in real time video. Without the paid for ai, it pretty well useless. I'm kind when I say it's total garbage.
Bought a Camera icam 365, it works but the rcognition is based on AI, wich Must be paid also. I did this, First just for one month and got nothing in Return, no AI based recognition.
Wrote an email, no response.
So the cam is a piece of crap, there is no other Software that works with this cam.
