Awful people awful service. Thought they wasn’t going to give me a refund. Anyone that’s buying off these people please pay on your credit card when they say they don’t refund get in touch with you bank. They’ll soon give you a refund. JUST REMEMBER PAY ON YOUR CREDIT CARD

Ordered on Monday 2nd and received my order the following morning! Everything came in presentable packaging and the tracksuit was amazing and 100% authentic. Will definitely shop here again.

I recently purchased a tracksuit and jacket combo from here and I am absolutely in love with it! The design is unique and eye-catching, perfect for standing out or on a casual day out. The tracksuit is comfortable and allows for easy movement, while the jacket is lightweight yet warm. It also came very quickly which is great!

THIS IS MY SECOND REVIEW - ICEKICKZ OBJECT TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS (LOOK BELOW) AND HAVE THEM TAKEN DOWN

I ordered a tracksuit for my son from Icekickz. We’d checked the manufacturer’s size guide. There were 2 problems with it:
1. It was much much smaller than the size guide
2. The quality of the tracksuit was terrible, my son has other items from the same brand and it was massively worse quality.

Icekickz have a returns policy but when I tried to return the tracksuit they said it was ‘streetwear’ and was excluded from the policy. There is NOTHING in the product description to tell a customer that it’s streetwear and non returnable.
They also claimed that they were ‘like’ Stockx and EBay. But their site looks like a regular retail site, doesn’t clearly identify streetwear (or that it’s not returnable), has a regular 14 day returns policy like a normal store. They said they provide a service; again, they don’t say that on the website.
They advised me to try and sell the tracksuit on but I wasn’t comfortable doing that because the sizing is off and quality terrible. It wouldn’t be fair to sell the tracksuit to someone else.

This is a fair and accurate review and I can provide evidence to support what I’ve said. I have screenshots / videos of the size guides, the product description for the item, returns policy and site generally.

Products were as described, customer service was good great communication only down side was delivery took about 4 - 5 days before it was shipped then took over a week to finally be delivered which was the fault of Royal Mail so no baring on the company. Altogether got the product I wanted at a price cheaper than the stores will order again.

Amazing Service & Very Professional needed an item delivered before the weekend it arrived next day and couldn’t be more happier. Would recommend purchasing from these lot. Top Service!!! ❤️

I had a flight in two days and desperately needed a pair of Jordan 3 cements. I messaged top kicks on instagram, they replied promptly and guaranteed I will get the trainers before my flight. They actually delivered on their promise. I will defo use them again and I recommend them too

Great customer service, great product and had a great experience when it came to a minor mistake to which they fixed. Will surely be purchasing from them again.

Following a dispute, I had to return an item to the seller to obtain a refund.
It appears that a wrong item was returned to the seller.
To make sure I asked the seller to return the bad item to me by paying the shipping costs myself, but he refuses and forces me to delete a bad review that I had left him to return this item to me.
Today, the seller owns the item and the money for the item, I have not been reimbursed.
This is how this seller treats these customers, by forcing them to delete bad reviews against him.

Don't forget to specify that today you own the equivalent of €400 of product: the initial purchase of €200 + the bad item that you refuse to return to me which is also worth €200.

So your reputation is worth less than that.
