Lying
They are now lying saying they do not have a store in Eastleigh, Hampshire. It was there last week when I walked down the High Street. This company is really bad.
Still saying they have no store in Eastleigh. I must be blind then as I saw shoppers going in there only last Thursday 30 January 2025.

THEY RESPOND TO 1 STAR REVIEWS BY PRETENDING THEY DON'T HAVE STORES IN THE TOWNS CITED IN THE COMPLAINT. LAUGHABLE
I gave a 1 star review to Worthing iCrack in early 2023, together with copies of my receipt and a copy of the invoice from the place that had to repair the damage done to my phone when iCrack in Worthing replaced the screen. Since then I have had several emails from Trustpilot saying iCrack are contesting it and saying it is fake. Have just checked out Trustpilot. The latest reply to my complaint is laughable. They say they haven't got an iCrack store in Worthing !!!! I saw it yesterday - it is 200 yards from my home! Reading the other 1 star reviews I also see the iCrack management denying they have stores in : Barnstaple; Bath, Eastleigh, Salisbury, Southampton, and Westwood Cross. A one minute Goggling exercise confirmed that this is a blatant lie - iCrack have stores in all these towns. You can even see photos of them when you Goggle. This company is run by complete cowboys and should be shut down.
3/2/2025 In reply to iCrack's reply below: Worthing bloody well DOES have an iCrack. I would insert a photo of it, but this site doesn't allow photo uploads as far as I can tell.

Replacement full price battery failed after 4 months
I had my iPhone 12 battery replaced in September 2024 in the Salisbury branch of iCrack at a cost of £85. The replacement battery failed and refused to charge above 1% in December 2024. This was replaced by the shop but makes me suspicious about the quality of parts they use. I would have been better off getting the battery replaced at Apple in Southampton for the same price. I was surprised to find the phone refused to recognise the battery at the time of replacement as a non Apple part and this wasn’t explained to me.

I've been left with a brick
I had a battery changed at the Worthing branch and since then, my phone had consistent issues with charging. The battery itself, when tested on acu battery and samsung identified as "weak"and at 80% capacity which was concerning for a supposed new battery. Since having the battery changed, my phone struggled to charge. When I went back to the shop, they suggested it was the charging port and so I consented to change this as well (a mistake). When I collected my phone this time, it constantly gave me overheating warnings when I tried to charge it as well as the "check charger connection" warning (tried on multiple plugs and confirmed by the shop themselves). On examining the charging port, it still showed signs of wear and did not seem tight - I seriously doubt it was changed originally, especially as when I bought the phone back the same day, they said the charging port was out of stock. After trying a different charging port a few days later, they conceeded it wasnt the port (but offered no refund, and refused when challenged). They then suggested replacing the ribbon, which also didnt work (but at least I didnt pay for this). Before having the battery changed, I had a working phone; now it wont charge (even wirelessly).
Other issues I have with the workmanship is that when regluing the back, they didnt remove old dried glue resulting in a poor seal.
Avoid.
I would welcome them contacting me to refund the £100 I spent.
EDIT: The Worthing Store bears their name, logo, and web address, so I am thinking this is an updated version of the "fake review" reply. Happy to be contacted and refunded.
NOTE If you post a review, DON'T reply with you information after the "we haven't got a store in..." as they will publish your personal information and claim Fake Review. Outrageous.
Surely this is a GDPR breach - Trustpilot?

Faulty Battery Replacement, Poor Customer Service
At the branch located on Queen Street (Cardiff), I was told it would take an hour to replace the battery and, to their credit, that's exactly how long it took. So I can't fault that. What I CAN fault is the following:
- They didn't explain to me prior that this battery would not be recognisable to my iPhone (so I can't confirm the health of the battery they replaced it with. It could be 100% or 80%, no way of telling). They didn't really explain much of anything, if I'm honest. This is something I would've considered before giving them my phone and paying out £60.
- After telling me that this battery would last the expected amount of time, my phone began to randomly turn off intermittently for no reason, and repeatedly. This began happening less than a month after replacing the battery. Clearly it was faulty as I've never experienced such an issue with my phone, or indeed any of the other phones I've owned through the years.
- Naturally, I requested a refund. I've sent a message to iCrack through their website and am still yet to receive any sort of response. I have my receipt to hand but I'm guessing that won't matter to them. No communication back, no intention of helping me out with my query, I don't think I'm getting a refund of any kind. Poor customer service, at best.
Lesson here, for me, is that if my iPhone battery should deteriorate in future, then I should never *ever* seek out a 3rd party to replace it. iCrack have let me down for something that should've been simple, and I will not be buying any product or service from them in the future.

Amazing service
Amazing service , used the mail in service, phone sent , repaired and back with me within just a few days! Would definitely recommend. I will be using again!
scammers
scammers. went there (icrack queen street) to get my laptop fix. when i first came they said it would cost me £55 to fix the hinges. but when i agree to repair it they said it would cost me £85. i paid for the deposit, which cost me £15. it took them 4 days to fix my laptop as they said my laptop is being repaired in London, their main lab. yesterday they gave me a call to pick up my laptop and i went there today. they said it will take an hour for my laptop to be there and i waited, which took more than an hour for them to bring my laptop. and then i saw their worker came in with a plastic bag that has my laptop in it, which im guessing he came back from the lab (but they said it's in london, i think they lied) they charged me £120. mind you, on the receipt they stated that deposit - £15, labour - £85 and replace hinges - £120. they did not replace my hinges but they still charge me £120 and claimed it as fixing cost. my laptop make clicking sounds and they deny it. saying that it's the lab's fault. my laptop also got scratched. i am really unsatisfied. i am just a student trying to get my laptop fix to do my assignments. and it cost me a fortune to repair my laptop. these workers unprofessional. my laptop is still broken.

Fantastic Service
Having checked over the reviews for iCrack which measure an overall three star rating I nearly didn’t go ahead with my purchase of a replacement home button on my iPad however, I found a few reviews for
iCrack at 175 Cranbrook Road Ilford Essex which were very positive. Here is my experience. Sent off my iPad via Royal Mail first class from Northumberland 12/11/24 at 12:45pm returned back to my home address fully repaired in very secure purpose made packaging on 15/11/24 at 11:30am.
Excellent service at very competitive rates plus, I got free return delivery can’t fault this service I give it a Five Star ⭐️ rating, wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I needed other iPhone /iPad repairs in future.

Can’t have an opinion for the entire company but their branch in Barnstaple is to be avoided.

Shoddy repair
I took a Samsung M31 in to the Bournemouth shop to have the screen replaced.
It was returned with the finger-print reader not connected.
Went back to the shop, the technician had another go, this time returning it with the finger-print reader working, but not seated correctly. But also with the side buttons seated wrongly. And the speaker not working.
Went back to the shop again. This time I watched the repair to see what he was doing. He replaced the speaker, but put one in that now distorts when playing certain notification sounds.
After the repairs, the phone started crashing randomly and restarting. Eventually, it went into an endless loop of crashes and I had to start in Safe Mode then do a complete factory reset and re-install of all my apps, to get it working.
I also have doubts as to whether the replacement screen was a Samsung branded part, as they said. It has a different colour balance to the original, does not support brightness dimming on the always-on-display, and the time between charges is significantly less than it was.
My suggestion is go somewhere else. There are half a dozen other repair shops on the same road.

Rude appalling service
I went in earlier in the same day and bought a speaker from one of the shops however after having it for a while I decided it wasn’t what I was looking for as it only had a 2 hour battery life therefore I went back to try and get a refund. Once I arrived at the shop and asked for a refund the employees were very disrespectful and rude towards me saying that they aren’t giving me a refund because it wasn’t what I was looking for I am absolutely infuriated in how I was treated and think this is totally unacceptable.

Failing to tell customers about hidden charges
I thought there was an issue with my iPhone port charger so I went to Icracks near me, and was told to leave it and come back in an hour which I did. When I came back I was told there's nothing wrong with the port so it must be your wire connections so bring them in. I did and then after they confirmed it was. Then I was told that it would be 20 pounds, thanks. I said what? nothing got repaired ' but I was told they still charge for looking at the Iphone .So basically for putting a wire in the port to see if it works. So I said well if changing the port is 24.99 and for doing nothing is 20.00 then I might as well get it fixed even though it doesn't need to be. Bad experience, unfortunately.
Update: I returned the wire that was accidentally left in my plug when I put in the bag and I did talk to someone who said he was the manager who claimed the charge was the time at looking at the phone which means just plugging in the wire into the port to see if it works or not. So 20 pounds for that which doesn't make any sense at all.I was asked if I would delete this comment which I said was something I needed to think about as I haven't seen on their own website anything mentioning you get charged 20 pounds for a diagnosis as pointed out

I'll give them the benefit of the doubt as they may have made a genuine mistake which can be cleared if they just compensate me back to prove they are living up to the standards as claimed on their site and to some of the positive reviews among the negative ones for them here also .

My IPad’s battery was discharging a lot…
My IPad’s battery was discharging a lot more than usual. They changed the battery and said if there’s a problem return it. I called them and then returned it. They replaced with another battery plus one more part. This was done while I went or a coffee as they “wanted to make up for the inconvenience”.
Very polite and friendly
