I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this company. Based on my experience, I found their service to be unprofessional and disappointing.

Before I paid their quotation (which had to be paid in full in advance), they contacted me frequently to persuade me to use their services. However, once the payment had been made, the ICS associate assigned to my case rarely responded to my calls (or even emails), resulting in unnecessary delays in submitting my ILR application, without any clear explanation.

On more than one occasion, I was given conflicting information about the associate's availability. For example, I was told that he was in a meeting or on a lunch break, but when I eventually managed to speak to him, he told me that he had actually been on leave. Is this an acceptable behaviour from a legal company!!!??

Fortunately, I asked to review the legal representation before it was submitted. I was surprised to find that it was written in very basic contents and contained several mistakes, which significantly reduced my confidence in the quality of the service.

Very good, they did my wife's ILR took us through it stage by stage. Answered all questions straight away, I really cannot recommend enough.

Today I just received the good news that my visa was successfully switched yet again, So excited and thankful to God and ICS legal. I took a gamble 3 years ago to work with them and it was the best decision, I get to stay in the UK legally and be on the path to citizenship in a few years! ICS legal has held my hand all through leading and guiding me all through this process. The fascinating thing is that I've never met them in person and its all been through phone calls and emails since I live in Scotland haha.

When I first spoke to ICS through team bark I was still unsure if it would be the right thing to do.
