One of the biggest issues I have had working with some of the immigration attorneys in the UK is their lack of approachability and timely responses.

ICS Legal excels on both these counts. They have a well-established mechanism to log all the email and call requests and responds to them within a reasonable time. They have also delivered every piece of work either by the deadline agreed, or slightly ahead.

Their advice has been on par with the best available in the UK, and have been very candid with their opinion even when it deviates from my line of thinking; exactly as expected from someone in an advisory role.

I possible, ask for Imran to be assigned to your case. He has been very good with us.

ICS Legal assisted us with my family visa extension and then with my application for Indefinite Leave to Remain. For the extension, there had been a breakdown in communications with the Home Office, which caused my application to become stalled. You could save money by applying by yourself, but it is easy to make a catastrophic mistake in this complicated process and we found it was much better to use the services of ICS Legal.
