The service from start to finish was professional, friendly and efficient. The two guys who installed the hatch, ladder and boarded our loft were great, hard workers and did an excellent job. I would recommend the company.

extendable ladder ordered would not fit due to restrictions. fully explained by Dean and alternative offered.
we now have a telescopic ladder and safe access to our loft.

Fitters were polite and helpful. We had alot of rubbish in our loft which they cleared out very quickly.

The loft was boarded out, with new insulation, lighting and a ladder installed in a professional manner.

The fitters left everything clear and tidy when they had finished. They also showed us how the ladder operates.

Very happy with the work done and have no hesitation in recommending.

Expecting Ideal Loft Ladders at 9.30am to give me a quote. Made significant arrangements to be home. No one showed up. No response to subsequent email. Poor show folks.

I had such a great experience from these guys! Two chaps came to the house wearing gloves, and when asked to wear masks as well (during the Covid-19 pandemic) they did with no issues and complete respect. They fitted the hatch, panels and ladder within 90 mins, with minimal noise, and cleaned up afterwards! Very impressed by this company and will 100% use them in the future!

I received an automated text message in the morning letting me know the arrival time of the fitters.

Two fitters arrived who were professional, informative and polite.

They installed the above mentioned items with minimal noise and disruption to the house.

The fitters left the house clean and tidy and there were no issues.

After the installation they showed me how to use the ladder properly and told me I could ring them at any point if I had any issues.

I had my Loft boarded with light fitted and ladder install on the 17th April 2020 and the guys was great they was very nice and turn up on time the job was done to a very good standard . i would defiantly recommend to my friends to use.

This morning I had my loft ladder installed and I was very impressed. I had two fitters arrive who were on time, very polite and professional. It was great to see the youngest member of the team take the lead with the installation. It’s always nice to see young people coming through and learning a trade.

The fitters left the workspace clean and there were no issues. After the installation they showed me how to use the ladder properly and told me I could ring them at any point if I had any issues.

Tom and Luke were punctual, v polite and helpful and finished the boarding of my loft and installation of ladder and hatch very quickly with the minimum of fuss. Good value for money - would recommend.

I was really impressed. Had a good chat at the first time of calling for a quote. They made sure they answered all my questions and booked an appointment straight away. The loft ladder was installed quickly with minimal fuss and is looking good. Everyone was friendly and polite. Would recommend.

Excellent workmanship both guys turned up at the prearranged time and installed the loft hatch and ladder,extremely clean workers explained and gave a demonstration after all work was completed and all mess was cleaned and taken away.Payment was easy by means of credit card and I would certainly recommend these guys to anyone requiring any work doing

Very polite and tidy workmen, but inexperienced at fitting a telescopic loft ladder, therefore took a lot longer than anticipated.

Great service. Only pay once work is complete and you are happy. Arrived on time (app tracking of the engineer was a nice touch). Friendly, polite, efficient and courteous guys. Lovely finish. Tidied up behind themselves. Would not hesitate to recommend (I got their details from my neighbour as he was very impressed also!)

Very happy with the work carried out. They installed a loft hatch for me, plus ladder, light and boarded out loft, in an old Victorian property.

The correspondence from start to finish was very professional and helpful. Even when I sent queries by email, responses were within the same day.

The installers on the day were very polite and clear. They warned us prior to the work about the potential for slight damage to the ceiling due to the age of the property. Following the job there was a small bit of damage to the ceiling but was as to be expected. But the guys offered to come back free of charge to fit the architrave once a plasterer has patched the area up for me.

Very impressed and will be recommending to anyone who needs a loft hatch installed.
