Want to charge 10 euro handling fee to refund non delivered product
EDIT: Got response from customer service, I will get a refund but they will take out a handling fee of 10 Euros from it. For an item that was never delivered!
I know this is illegal both in Australia where I live and in the EU. Reported to Paypal and got a full refund. Very dodgy of the company to try taking out such a fee.
Ordered 2 items more than a month ago. Expected delivery time was max 5 days. Tried tracking it - says it is lost due to "wrong delivery address". I used my correct address as registered in Paypal. Ideal of Sweden or their delivery partner printed the wrong address. Contacted customer service, all I get is a chatbot that tells me I will get a refund IF my items are returned to warehouse. I have already waited a month; package is lost.

The plastic cases look good, the graphic quality is excellent. I would have to warn everyone that the case for style ONLY. My case probably protects the back of the phone from scratches and that is absolutely all it does. The corner of my case cracked and chipped within two days just from jostling in my handbag. These cases would in NO WAY protect your phone if you dropped it. So I was extremely disappointed about that.

Poor quality / Poor returns & support
Very disappointed with the quality - not as described or as per website images. Looks like a poor quality, blurry low res print. What were supposed to be metallic/shimmer details on my cover case is just grey imitation colour. Definitely NOT a premium product being marketed. I paid $65AUD and wouldn't pay $5 for the item I got. I requested to return and was told I have to ship it back from Australia to Sweden - exorbitant cost, more than my purchase cost. This was my 1st purchase and unpleasant experience so far. Will not be purchasing their product again and do not recommend them to anyone else.

my case literally started falling apart…
my case literally started falling apart after a week.. the pattern was coming unstuck from the plastic and the layers started separating on the corners another week later.. have no wet the case, have not dropped it, has not been in humidity or freezing temperatures and still fell apart.

The wrong product was delivered
The wrong product was delivered. I have been a little disorganised and I missed the return date, but I ordered an iphone 11pro case for my wife and received a iphoneX/Xs case.
I then tried to sell the case on facebook-marketplace, but that caused issues as they thought I was selling a counterfeit article and blocked my account. Ahhhh.

The cases are beautiful and well made but unfortunately human nature is to drop our phones and not only does it crack it also chips and doesn’t protect the screen with any side depth . I have had to remove the case and the brand new screen protector is smashed .. nature of the beast, I will just have to stick with the durable brands unfortunately.

Expensive return
2 things happened- first, my Samsung S21 Ultra fell out of my pocket and hit the ground. The screen cracked right in the middle, and the phone case did nothing to protect it which was pretty disappointing.
Secondly, I initially purchased the wrong model phone cover in error and had to return it; however, although the case was packed in Melbourne and delivered to me within a few days, i had to return the case to SWEDEN. Which cost me $25 to do from Australia in a small padded bag- horrendously expensive. So there's a dispatch centre in Australia, but no way to return items- it boggles the mind.
I will absolutely not be purchasing from them again, not when the returns process actually ends up costing me a lot of money.

Thanks for your positive review!
We cannot guarantee our cases are compatible with other brands’ wireless chargers. The reason for this is that our cases contain metal, to be able to be magnetic, and the metal can disturb the wireless signal.
This means that the phone needs to be placed very precisely on the charger, otherwise it will not work. We can therefore only guarantee the wireless charging to work with our own QI chargers, and not with others, unfortunately. We hope you understand!
