Processing glitch
Your website had issues to process my first request and the payment screen was in processing status for about 30 mins. I closed down the site and then went to your customer service chat to confirm if the order had gone through. I was told that it had not. I asked several times. I then placed another order for a different cover after reviewing with my partner.
I got sent both covers and charged for both. Your customer service asked me to return one at my own cost. I asked if I could keep it instead of paying for return postage and can he offer me a discount. It got rejected. I now have 2 covers.

Some items are good, some are rubbish
Bought a couple different items. Phone cases are brilliant. Although I would discourage the wireless chargers. My wireless charger stopped working a week in and the quality of them is noticeably poor. Also they have pretty ordinary customer service. If anything does go wrong you are left in the lurch.

It's a pretty phone case but down side is I can't use my phone for tap to pay for anything such as transportation and everything that needs money, which is very annoying. Because this day no one really carry cash anymore. So every time I have to tap, I have to remove the phone case all the time.
