Very happy with the product but...
Very happy with the product and the purchase process. I did, however, accidently purchase the wrong sized case at first and the returns process was too expensive and difficult. Why I was unable to return the unused product to the Australian distributor at a reasonable price rather than have to potentially spend $26 to send it to Sweden, I do not know. It was easier in the end to just buy a replacement and I will on-sell the original phone case.

Rubbish product
Rubbish product. Not like the picture. Supposed to be an Australian product, but when I wanted to return it the address was in Sweden, and international postage to return would have cost me more than what the item was worth! An easy way to swindle customers with a cheap crappy product they can't afford to return to be able to get the refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

I wouldn’t buy from ideal of Sweden
I wouldn’t buy from ideal of Sweden , if you need to return a product you need to return back to Sweden. I made sure I was on an Australian site as I know it’s a Swedish brand , I ordered the wrong case, went through their website, ordered a new case at another $89 as it said to than organize return to which I found out it needed to go back to Sweden. It would cost me more to send back just to get a refund, in the end I spent over $200. the man, who I was speaking to through emails was rude and dismissive.. I do like their phone case and wallet but never ever again will I buy from them.. I will tell others to be aware

I was given the wrong sized case
I ordered a Samsung S10+ case, and instead I was given a normal S10 case which does not fit my phone. I also cannot seem to get in contact with anyone about the issue to get the correct size, which is annoying to say the least.
Really disappointed in the service I have received. Waste of money.
