Really pleased with the service top to bottom from Ideal Response. Jess who organised the visit was really helpful and helped accommodate very specific timings. Patrick who carried the work out was brilliant. He worked around me having my young family in the house, was polite, courteous and tidied up. Really pleased with the mould removal he did. What was particularly impressive was how he took the time to explain everything as well as give help and guidance on how to minimise future issues. Overall, very impressed and would definitely use again.

We engaged with IRL for a commercial school project where there had been a flood caused by a previous contractor. They completed an initial site survey of the works required then a 10 day turnaround time for a full report to be issued. When we received this unfortunately there were a number of errors that I assume were copied across from a previous job and a basic drying strategy was proposed/costed. When we engaged with IRL and after some back/forth a more intensive drying programme was proposed to aid in completion of the project previously. On the surveying side it would be beneficial for some more resource allocated to QA/Review process to make sure this is right first time and avoid frustration for their Clients.

The site works were carried out/supervised by Yacine and Toufik and the service we received from them was 5 star and second to none. The whole process was explained clearly from the start, the extent of their combined knowledge gave the Client great comfort that their building was in safe hands. The works were completed on time and to the highest standard with nothing being too much trouble for them to ensure that the project ran seamlessly and we were happy with the end result. They both really are a credit to IRL and have restored our confidence after our initial frustration with the report. If we were to require these services in future we would be requesting them personally to be entrusted with executing the works.

Patrick who attended the job was very friendly, professional and hard working. Did an excellent job on the areas which had the most mold and made sure everything was scrubbed clean. Found solutions when windows didn’t open to allow for in depth cleaning. Would highly recommend and reuse in future

Had water damage to my property. Ideal Response did a thorough job of removing and clearing all the damage in only 2 days and did a great job taking care of the undamaged parts of the house. Thanks to George, Ben and Chris. And a special thanks to Taufeeq who managed everything superbly and took a lot of care and extra time to preserve certain areas. Also thanks to Yeccine who did the survey and drying.

Ben gave us a call to let us know when he was on the way which was super helpful with a baby at home! He was friendly and professional and got straight to work. He left no stone unturned inspecting areas requiring work and completed a thorough mould clean. The results have exceeded expectation. He gave us advice on if our problem returns and went above and beyond to work around us and our busy home! After receiving quotes from 2 other companies, ideal response was the quickest to get us booked in and get the work done. So pleased with the results!

Renatas and Istvan arrived exactly when we expected and were incredibly courteous and helpful. They took care to protect the rest of our flat from any more mess and left the critical areas absolutely spotless. Thank you chaps!

Following discovery of mould in my mothers house, I contacted ideal response to assist . I was particularly concerned due to my mothers health. Ben and Taz arrived to carry out remediation and treatment of the mould. They were extremely knowledgeable and carried out a thorough clean and treatment. Ben and Taz were also very friendly and polite. I could not recommend this company enough !!!

I have received excellent service from ideal response.
After coming in to work and finding a huge oil leak I was greeted on the phone by Kasha who could not have been more helpful. Today Ben and Taz attended to clean up the area and did a fantastic job. I would thoroughly recommend this company they really are an ideal response!

Jonny and Ovi did a wonderful job sanitising my garden decking after a sewage spill. They arrived on time and they went the extra mile to lift the decking and replace it with new screws. They also nipped to Wickes to buy the correct bits for their screwdriver. They spent hours washing and sanitising decking to a high standard. On a personal note, they also were incredibly friendly and very respectful (wiping their shoes and offering to carry them through the house.) It was noted and very appreciated.

My experience of Ideal Response was impressive from start to finish. My job was booked in within days, at a good rate with minimal faff. A massive thanks to Lucy, Kashah and Frankie in the office too :)

Had an oil spill from a van in the road in front of car park and delivery entrance, quite a busy area with vehicles and pedestrians, contacted Ideal had a first class service from the phone being answered by Kasha helpful all the way through and arranging for the work to be carried out, two guys Damian and Mihaly who carried out the clean up work first class and very helpful.
would not hesitate to use again and would defiantly recommend, they will be going on our list as preferred contactors.

Quick response to a flood, straight on the job.

Called Ideal Response to undertake a bio hazard clean up in a rented property. Quick to respond, Ben and Taz did a thorough and deep clean with minimal disruption. They were very respectful in regards to any personal possessions in the property, most was contaminated but they salvaged all that they could and informed all concerned of anything that couldn’t be saved . They also lifted the flooring as was damaged throughout. I would recommend them to anyone else who finds themselves in an unfortunate position of needing a bio hazard clean. Lisa

The only company that responded to our home flood crisis on Christmas Eve - every other company either was on holiday or failed to respond.

On the death of a relative I needed to find a hoarder cleaning service to start immediately. Actually I had no idea they existed so was a bit apprehensive about asking a company I didn’t know to undertake the job.

But I needn’t have worried. Frankie, my co-ordinator explained the service and options, arranged for work to start immediately, kept me informed, and changed plans to cope with the week of heavy snow in the South East. In a week Renatas and Damien cleared the rubbish, sorted through things, put everything I’d asked for to be found aside (keys, jewellery etc), put all paperwork together and cleared the roof space out and everything else was carefully boxed up. The transformation was incredible and the guys couldn’t have been more friendly, helpful and pleasant.

I then asked for a deep clean which took 2 days to remove all carpets, clean all walls, floors, vacuum and disinfect the house. Again, Renatas and Damien did a brilliant job which I honestly can’t fault.

I hope I never have to use a service like this again, but I was impressed by the friendly, non judgemental and professional way Frankie, Renatas and Damien worked, how I was kept informed at all stages and how they met my requests.

I can’t thank Ideal Response enough for the service they provided.
