Only I receive my wig than I can draw my Conclusion.

Such beautiful wigs! Hard to find pretty ethnic hair, and love the choice of hair density! Good product information and reviews to make the best choice.

I have been waiting for my wig for over a month. It still says my order is being processed. Additionally, I accidentally submitted the wrong order and have emailed and called multiple times and cannot get through to change my order, but to no avail. Now I'm stuck waiting for a wig that I probably won't want anyway.

Ordered a wig on November 9th and it's now November 30th and I still haven't gotten the wig. They were quick to take my payment, but I have no product 😔 I also have no tracking information. I'm beginning to think this company is fake, a scam. Don't trust them, keep your money.

I've been to your site a number of times. I was very skeptical. In the past I've ordered wigs from other vendors, they never came the way it looked on line. Hopefully, your wig will be true to its look.

I’m not happy with the wig, they sent the incorrect wig, does not look like the pic at all. I based my decision on the model profile and it came in longer and much darker than brown.
I did send them a chat yesterday on this issue and have not heard back.
Very disappointed with the wig, I have been purchasing wigs since 2019 synthetic designer brands which are made by hand and not machine. I was very skeptical about this site. So now I’m out of 139. 00 for this wig and will be reporting this site

I have ordered many wigs on line with different companies. I find Idefinewigs much better than those other companies. Many of the other companies tell you that the wig is a 100% but they are not. ( synthetic)
Define wings have held up so far. Please continue to put your customers first. Thank you , Looking forward to see my next wig that I ordered on today.

Everyone knows, including those who sell wigs that the customer does not always get what is advertised. If you are going to advertise make sure it is exactly what the customer is paying for. The wig I purchased was layered in the ad, but when I emailed the company they said it is not cut/layered. Why advertise that?? Why not advertise what we are paying for? It feels scammy and deceptive. If we like what you advertise then sell us that! I hope I love the wig. This is my first purchase with you. The photos look great, but it does not help me if I am not getting what you are selling through pictures. It would be nice to generate an invoice receipt upon purchase. I do not have a receipt. Only an email that says I made a purchase.
CORRECTION: I do have a receipt. I meant to say I do not have a tracking number on the receipt.

UPDATE: I received the wig. The color is not 1B, but more brown. It does have a slight asymetrical cut, but not Black like the wig in the ad and not cut exactly like the wig in the ad. I have not applied the wig yet. Ill come back and let you know how that goes.

Easy on choices and styles, Especially for a beginner with wigs

Not only was this wig horribly made and looks nothing like the picture, but it took weeks to get here, and the return process is horrible. The wig looks cheaply made and it took over $60 to return it which means I only got about $30 back. I would not recommend ordering from this site. I will stick to where I normally get my wigs from!!

It was exactly what I had expected as a result I ordered the same wig but longer length. the only issue you need to ship all items 48 hours or not we tend to order from Amazon

Well it was easy to purchase. I just waiting for the results to come back in a wig. Haven’t received it yet. But will comment when it gets here

It was easy to order and I found the wig I was lookin for.

Bought a wig several months ago and started receiving bills from Fed Ex. about the tariff due related to the wig from Idefinewig. Sent copy to their customer service. Their response was If I paid it send proof. Since I didn’t pay it I again sent the bill but no response from their customer service. Now I received a letter from a collection agency trying to collect a debt for Federal Express Corp.
