Identity IQ is now showing more and more issues with reflecting all 3 credit bureaus. They are not checking their system to see what bureaus are missing and what is not working right with their program. They have no problem charging the amount due every single month, but they do not capture systematically ensuring every bureaus is loading. You as a customer must tell them when a bureau is not loading??? If a bureau is not loading and has been missing for over a month, then the customer should not be charged. They need to manage their system more rather than relying on the customer who is charged regardless to inform them when something is not working. Then the customer service reps have differing information. They say, "call the bureau" or "if you have a fraud alert it will not load" these are not true. And....recently I was told to refresh to get an updated report???!!!! When did that become a response? If I pay every single month, the system should auto refresh every single month. I actually having missing months of credit reports that I paid for?? These guys are becoming archaic in their processes and non proactive --- all the while taking their customer's money for what they are not providing every month???

You literally can not get anyone to answer the phone. I agreed to a one time payment of $1 and now I'm being charged $20. This is a terrible company and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I will have to get my card number changed this company should not be allowed to do this, shame on them and shame on credit karma for using such a shady ass company!!!!

Good customer service when I needed to cancel. But this reoccurring charge stopped reporting last year for purposes of credit history on rental payments. I should of been notified.
