Ms. Shea made the customer service experience great! How? By listening to the customer and not becoming combative especially when the customer is already upset in tone. The first representative (Candy) definitely need customer service retraining. Ms. Shea listened as I was very upset. She allowed me to complete my thought without interrupting. She apologized for the previous experience I endured. She took care of the issue at hand and assured me I would be refunded. The first rep just canceled and never stated the existing charge could be refunded. I rate Ms. Shea 5+ on every level. Keep up the great work Shea! You're going places!!!

Identity IQ has charged my credit card where I had to get a new one and then charged my new one when I never even activated it. These people are thieves and scams. I never once ever gave you permission to charge my card or how you even got my card number. Watch out for these people. They are thieves

I was forced to pay one dollar for a week trial period in order to see a rental property. Authentication couldn't be completed (at least in a week) and I never heard back from the rental, so I tried to cancel my trial. THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT OR END YOUR TRIAL ON THE SITE. You must call and fight through a sales pitch to cancel. THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT. IT IS ALWAYS JUST "ON HOLD." THEY REFUSE TO RELINQUISH YOUR DATA. If you'd look at the other reviews, the company responded to one fellow who used his real name and photo (rookie mistake) with CONFIDENTIAL DETAILS OF THEIR PHONE CALL to single him out and humiliate him. Do you understand the intent and the effort the company had to put in to hunt down this man from his review just because you're mad he pointed out that in 2025 IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL YOUR TRIAL WITHOUT CALLING AND IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO TRULY CANCEL YOUR ACCOUNT? You think they care who they hand out your SSN to? You think they won't mysteriously or "accidentally" keep charging you long after you put you account "on hold"? Because after all, it was only "on hold." : ) Hold onto the "cancellation" email because these people can't be trusted and should be put out of business for abusive handling of people's data.
UPDATE: Their reply is bull, front to back. Note how they omit any mention of the other reviewer I mentioned and make zero attempt to deny or justify their behavior. There is no cancel button. You are forced to call, and during limited business hours. And good luck "canceling"!

This is a complete scam and any "Credit Repair" person that tells you to sign up for this is a scam too.

No problem until I wanted to cancel account. Unable to cancel online. Waited 15 minutes to speak to someone and then 6 different offerS to keep me all with different pricing. ONLY AFTER 10 MINUTES SALES PITCH. WAS ABLE TO CANCEL ACCOUNT. BUYER BEWARE.

Finally was able to get hold of them after 7 days. and they charged me $ 35 for the full month. The customer service was horrible!!!! Lady that answered the phone was acting very sarcastic ( like a clown) after I told her I have problems to login and cancelling my subscription.I hope they cancelled it. I feel not safe now i gave them all of my info. Please don't give them no Info.

I called to cancel but they cancel your account right away, not good business. IF you pay for a month you should get a month of service PERIOD. I'm going to dispute the charge for services not rendered, simple as that. UPDATE - IdentityIQ reached out to me, we spoke and they credited me for the charge which I appreciate, thank you!

Poor customer service they make it impossible to cancel 1$ trail and I'm locked out of my account I don't recommend customer service is non existent no help through Instagram, Facebook, customer support email they don't answer the phone so zero customer service support do not enter credit card in there system

Can't get ahold of anyone on the phone. Waited on hold for 30 min then it disconnected 3 different times same result. Update I called to cancel my account and finally spoke with someone and was told they have no record of me calling, but she did cancel my subscription for there service and then she asked me to change my review and since I've been busy and didn't change my review they have contacted me about it several times, seems they are more concerned about reviews than actual service. When I signed up for service I wasn't able to access anything and when I called they say they have no record of me calling but they sure do pay attention to the reviews.

Would never advise to use this company. 1 they don't cancel your account when you call the first time and then charge you 34.22 again. 2 they don't give a refund when they take the money. They don't send you any information of your account they are scammers riding on your dollar.

I only made an account with that $1 trial period so I can see my credit score really quickly, and canceling was very easy I thought it was gonna be troublesome but y'all have very good customer support, and later on I might consider signing up again
