So happy that I did not cancel

Initially, I called to cancel my membership because the app made absolutely no sense to me. I would get alerts and never knew what they meant and it just wasn’t worth keeping. After talking with the representative I had changed my mind and decided to keep it. She explained everything in depth and made me feel 100% better about it. She also went over a lot of key features about my package. I could not thank her enough!

IdentityIQ has Excellent Customer Service

Jacinta was very patient with me. I signed up with Identity IQ because a job application asked me to have a copy of my credit report printed out for the interview. Which I thought was suspicious, but I need work. After I told the story to Jacinta, we talked about job scams and she noted my story, as the potential job had a link to IdentityIQ to order the credit report. So I was calling IdIQ to cancel the account before the 7 day trial expired. Jacinta listened actively and explained some of the benefits of having IdIQ coverage and I signed up for a 9.99/ mo baseline service. I really appreciate it and will return to IdIQ when it's time for a VPN and more coverage. Well done, Jacinta!!
