Somehow they got my credit card info and tried to charge me a monthly fee that I never agreed to. I had never heard of the company until my bank caught the fraudulent charge.

In the modern era, technology has advanced significantly. Numerous individuals have achieved success across various aspects of the tech industry, but there are those among us who have not been as fortunate. For the last twenty years, I have been a victim of the most severe identity theft imaginable. This ordeal led me to file for bankruptcy and resulted in the loss of everything, including my financial stability. However, I refuse to give up.
As I endure this nightmare, my fraudster employs every skill at their disposal to harass, belittle, and examine every aspect of my life. Despite this, I have shared my ordeal with the very authorities who are supposed to protect us, only to find that they are complicit in allowing my fraudster to continue their malicious activities, including data breaches and adding innocent individuals to their list of victims.
Many fail to comprehend the severity of my situation, either laughing it off or seeking therapy for me. However, last year, my fraudster finally met their match. They often target businesses associated with me, forcing them to sever all ties with me. Yet, IdentityIQ saw through the fraudster's facade. I have been a loyal customer for about seven years, and when I shared my breach with them, they were shocked but never ignored the issue, and the restoration team has been dedicated to helping my family and me.

I'd leave zero if I could. When I went to login to close the account it wouldn't let me login. It said the info I had given was incorrect so they charged me a membership fee. I called them and gave them the SAME exact info and they pulled up my account and said they don't do refunds and if I had called sooner they would have logged me in. I explained what happened and was just told no refunds I can close the account though. Then they made it difficult because instead of just closing it like I asked they kept trying to sell me cheaper products. Why would I want anything from you when you steal and won't listen?

Before I spoke to Kim today I was extremely agitated about this situation which seems never ending and multi headed. When I feel one head has been lopped off another sprouts up. Kim has a wonderfully soothing effect on me which calms me down. Her guidance is what I want and need to move forward on my end. Without her I would truly be lost.

If I could give a big goose egg I would. These are unscrupulous people. I did not authorize $35 be taken from my account!!!! And when I said I wanted whatever subscription I supposedly had.. cancelled… I was told no refunds!! Because fees were incurred! The money was taken 2 hours ago!!! What fees can be incurred in 2 hours??? Or less!!! Watch out when you go to check on your credit by the big 3 agencies.. they are in bed together.

First of All, I never signed up for IdentityIQ. They confuse my email address with my husband's name. I have told them repeatedly neither one of us ever signed up for IdentityIQ and therefore, they should not have any of our information. They repeatedly email me under my husbands name claiming I need to call them, but I feel that is unnecessary considering we never reached out to them first. I thought it was a scam at first, but after researching the company, it isn't a scam but they are certainly obtaining people's information through illegal manners and harassing us and refuse to remove our information from their database.

I enrolled in IdentityIQ at the recommendation of a third party, despite already having a fraud and credit monitoring subscription with another company that I have been satisfied with. After five months, I made the decision to cancel my IdentityIQ membership due to my existing subscription providing multiple FICO scores as opposed to just a VantageScore. Additionally, I was disappointed to discover that the previous representative did not cancel my membership as requested, which reflects poorly on the company. However, the most recent rep did and I received an immediate cancellation email.
