We have been using IQ since 2020 they were the only credit monitoring company we work with then Smart credit...

Through out the years out commission have change ALOT!!! WHY & HOW ??

soooo.... IQ send a email for the client to re-enroll with a different LINK with cheaper rates.... the client is in OUR DATA BASE but we can not see commission on the client since the link they click was not OUR LINK beware of their marketing to re-enroll clients under their link and get the commissions that belong to us!!!!!!

WE SIGN UP SOME OF OUR CLIENTS SO WE "KNOW" WHAT THEY RECIEVE VIA EMAIL SO FROM MAKING OVER $1,000 IN COMISSIONS WE ARE DOWN TO $300 AND WE STILL HAVE CLIENTS WE IMPORT OVER FROM IQ....

Scam!

They sign you up through another website for $30 a month and give an auto-reply that they don't. Don't be fooled - this is their official policy of taking people's money without them realizing it. Like another review said - despicable. They are an identity theft protection company that ironically steals your identity from another website and then charges you for it. There is no way to cancel without calling in and waiting 30+ minutes on hold and if you call them out they hang up on you so you have to call in again! Do NOT do business with them! I reported them to JP Morgan Chase to never allow transactions from this company from any customer without special permission.

Christian and the identity theft team

Christian has been a great person great knowledge and he has been helping me in this tough time with helping restore my identity so I do not have to pay this outrageous money to my insurance company. I want to say thank you so much to identity IQ and Christian and his team.

Identity IQ just withdraws my money from my N26 bank account. I've never had anything to do with this before and don't know what it's all about! Be careful and only pay with cash, don't use a card!

I have two major issues with IdentityIQ:

Subscription Policy: I paid $79 for a yearly subscription and an additional $39 to upgrade and access my credit reports. IdentityIQ only offers recurring subscriptions, so I had to pay for a full year upfront. After subscribing, I decided to cancel the same day, expecting to retain access for the remainder of the year since I had paid in full (a common practice by companies like Disney, Netflix, Hulu, AT&T, and Verizon). However, IdentityIQ's policy is different. When you cancel, you lose access immediately, with no option for a prorated refund. I spent 45 minutes on the phone with their customer service, only to be told that this was their policy. In the end, I did not receive a full refund.

Verification Issues: I was referred to IdentityIQ by a loan consultant to help establish a loan. To ensure due diligence, I called IdentityIQ to verify their relationship with this consultant. Despite providing the business name, IdentityIQ refused to verify the relationship. It is troubling that a company focused on "theft and data protection" does not verify such relationships for their customers.

Overall, I do not recommend IdentityIQ. They do not provide full refunds and fail to protect customer interests. Stay away.

scammers

These scammers are like the old supplement companies that make it really hard to cancel. We never signed up for this. I called the *day* we were charged the monthly fee. They would not refund it. After requesting to cancel I had to listen to her talk and talk and talk and talk. I think I requested cancelling 8 times before she finally stopped talking. "Oh I have to read this to you" when in fact it was just her explaining what I was not going to have. Avoid this company like the plaque. Their business practices are shady.

I agreed to a $1 credit check and less…

I agreed to a $1 credit check and less than a month later my account gets charged 34.99 without my consent. Only protection I need is from Identity IQ. Also was told I would be refunded and hasn't happened yet. I was told a week later that I was sent an email stating that I would be charged. Who charges you 34.99 to send you an email????

The customer service was great was the best customer experience I have ever received

The customer service was great was helped out Christian C. Very informative helpful and even helped me look into contacts to verify some information I was looking for outside their company. Overall a great experience from this person for customer service as well and making me feel more comfortable for looking into places to live by informing me about possible scams or frauds.

Unbelievable!

I called Equifax to check on a dispute and the rep asked for my credit card number so she could charge a one time $1 fee to verify that it was me. Then she provided no information to me and the next thing I knew there was a $1 Charge by Identity IQ on my credit card statement. Weeks later I now find that there is a $19.99 charge for a month and an accompanying email. I did not authorize anyone to sign me for up for a $19.99 per month fee with this company! This is nothing but a scam. I will be calling on Monday morning and that charge better be removed and promptly. This is BS big time. I find it ironic that a company with this name would pull such shenanigans in the times we live in. It is just plain disgraceful.

IdentityIQ is a con

IdentityIQ was used by another party to unfreeze my elderly father's credit. Little did he know that he had been signed up to a $20/monthly service that was of no use to him. This is straightforward conman behavior on the part of IdentityIQ. What an easy mark my poor old father must seem. Despicable.
