Disappointed not what l thought l ordered
From advertisement snd illustration l thought l had ordered a miniature figurine that would capture the essence in features of my step daughter.
Instead what what was received was a flat hard thick poster- board like caricature likeness that propts up on a stand, not a figurine base with the engraving. The likeness was from a wedding photo submitted. I'm not sure if this was worth the $81 spent.

Absolutely disappointing!!!!!!!
If I could give this company 0 stars then I would have opted for it! I purchased the personalised gamer which was falsley advertised as a 3D figure and my sons face looked nothing like the finished product. The product I received was extremely disappointing as it was a flat perspex cartoon figure of a person looking nothing like my son. It had a perspex stand with 'broom handle' written in red, like something they had dragged from a skip with no relevance to the product!! Embarrassing!! It had different coloured hair with no known features. Now I understand that AI isn't perfection but, it would have similar features to my sons face on the photo I sent to the company attached to my order. I contacted the seller and the shop and tried to return the item, only to find out that it would cost £16 which was half the amount I paid for the item. I contacted the company again and they kept stating that my dispute with PayPal was still open and I had to close the case. The case had already been closed as I lost the dispute due to choosing pay in 3 of which this method isn't covered by PayPal protection. The seller had knowledge of this as they responded to PayPal throughout the dispute. I then requested 50% from the shop and seller of the amount I paid. They agreed and then shortly after, stated that PayPal had re opened an investigation. I called PayPal and explained what had happened and they said that the case was closed and have not since opened an investigation. Paypal then decided to refund the whole amount including the shipping due to the issues i'd experienced which was very nice of them. I updated the shop and the seller and received no immediate response. In my email I sent, I told them that they were just stalling for time and 'fobbing me off' because they don't want to pay a partial refund. They then eventually responded and advised that they are not deceiving me but have to go with the protocol. I ended all communication with them. They then sent the 50% refund due to PayPal advising them of my complaint. Do not buy from this company as they are a complete fob off and falsley advertise their products!!!!!!

Total ripoff
The face did not look anything like the photo I sent. I contacted them to let them know they must have sent me someone else’s order as it didn’t look like the photo. They offered to do it over and I sent a second photo. The results were almost identical but without sunglasses. Total ripoff. I threw them both away.

Don’t waste your money.
This don’t look nothing like the picture they show in the advertisement. They show a beautiful 3d figurine. When I received mine it was a 2d imagery, it’s not clear it’s missing the month. I did make a mistake with the date. I quickly realized and sent them an email and they responded that they would fix and corrected it (same day of ordering). NO they didn’t. Contact them when I received this order and they haven’t done anything but send me another email with fine print saying it a 2D print. That’s not what there add said. So they will never receive another purchase from this house hold. Don’t waste your money here.

The item is horribly made and cheap looking. It took about 3 weeks to arrive. It’s nothing like the photo on their website. It arrived broken. They wouldn’t refund me but instead insisted on sending a new one. I still haven’t received it and it’s been weeks. It was a gift for someone, but I would never give this to anyone.
