The person I worked with was…
The person I worked with was outstanding. The problem I had was getting the end price. There were two charges that showed up on my credit card statement, one was the cost of the product and what was quoted wasn't correct on the statement and the other that I didn't know about was the shipping charge. I would be nice to put all the charges in the quote so I didn't have to keep contacting the company to the prices changes and give justification to my manager on why the price was so much.

Everything worked as they said. The nice thing is that it only works with our app. So you can’t just scan with your phone unless you have it tied in with the app. It’s going to streamline everything for our crews now saving time. When we use this batch of 1000 we definitely want to get more from them.

We have been ordering these labels for years and have always had the 2,500/Roll as requested by the end user. When we ordered, we requested in BOLD print, 2,500/Roll. We ordered 25,000, 10 Rolls. We received the labels 2,000/Roll for 12 Rolls and 1 Roll with 1000???
