Do not trust this company.

They have input wrong information of the nationality and they sent email to you but will say excuses as visa got rejected. Bad customer service!

I would not use this company. They took my visa fees but were then unable to process my application. They did not refund the ($229) fees because they said they were already sent to immigration and could not get them back. So if there is the slightest chance your application will not go through be warned that you will lose your money. I also tried to call the number for help and no one answered and chatted with several people via the chat feature who either were not helpful at all or simply did not respond. Use another company.

I had a very bad experience with the customer care as I see that they are not well updated with the process. To make money they say you have to go for express entry. Its will hamper your business. I had a very bad experience while applying for Thailand and Cambodia Visa. I ended up paying extra money in other agencies. I have still not received the Cambodia visa, whereas the Cambodian embassy gave me the visa in 1 day, So I feel this website is just fake and unnecessary charging more.

KSA tourist visa: Very fast in follow up when it comes to payment. Once paid no response (to their UAE number. Call or WhatsApp) nor to emails. My case was related to visa for Saudi where in the end i fount that the visa was issued and they delayed sending me the visa. Better to apply directly on the official Saudi tourism website and not using such unprofessional service.

Application for the e-visa was simple and the response time to my queries was swift.

My helo me to here out my situation how I'm scammed from ievisa.com I applying my evisa to India 1st I'd December so my travel date 6th still visa no get after everytime thre said still processing so one thre told you have to pay other express visa charges

Worst ever service, worst ever online support, mets say impolite and no support, just reply, the is not the good department, or automat answer ! Sent 4 times requested documents, no follow up ! Will order bank to cancel payment ! this is ridiculous liars service.
