Because the swimjet x was a Kickstarter item, I was very reluctant at first to buy it. I was able to talk to customer service two separate times. Both times, they were extremely patient and knowledgeable. They were able to compare models for me. They were able to give me suggestions on which would be better for me. I was very happy to be able to talk to them before I had to purchase my item. It was much better experience than I could have hoped. I hope the product turns out to be as awesome as the customer service. Thanks to both of you that I spoke with.

I bought an Igarden robotic cordless pool cleaner. the delivery was faster than expected and the machine was user friendly. in hindsight I may have bought the wrong model, since I have a very large pool. I reached out to igarden and spoke with a representative concerning my dilemma. they were very cordial and understanding.
they offered a return without any hassle and are sending me an upgraded model. very pleased with their customer oriented service

They're replacing my pool cleaner. K36 with a K70 device itis a better it has a better longer battery life.

I thought I had done my homework when researching robotic pool cleaners, and decided on an IGARDEN model. I selected the right brand, just not the best model for my application. Expecting indifference when I contacted customer support, I was overwhelmed by their concern, and the surprising solution offered by their team within minutes. It’s been many years since I’ve experienced responsive, respectful support after a purchase. First class! And great product!
UPDATE:
Finally received my “upgraded” product (K70) with turbo boost feature to insure better wall cleaning. Features include a difficult to read LED display and a totally useless app. Still really cool looking, like a hypercar!! LOL… Turbo mode drains battery in half the time, has no improvement with wall climbing, and is totally disoriented by my kidney-shaped pool. On a positive note, this unintelligent robot IS entertaining. Friends visit just to laugh at its floundering around with no direction known. Does not perform as expected. Make a better choice.

My MI-55 did not function properly. But customer service has been great and after they offered me some options they are replacing my unit with an upgraded model. So they stand behind their product.

IGarden customer service went above and beyond to make sure our buying experience was a good one. I know that I have not worked with a company who was this committed. Thank you!

“Excellent pool cleaner! It does a great job picking up dirt, leaves, and debris, and keeps the pool looking crystal clear with very little effort on my part. It’s easy to use, moves around efficiently, and saves me a lot of time on maintenance. The only downside is that it doesn’t clean the walls, but for the pool floor and overall maintenance, it works really well. Definitely worth the investment for anyone who wants a cleaner pool with less hassle.” The customer service team was extremely helpful throughout the whole process.

My unit was not working properly. Contacted igarden and they gave me a couple of options to choose from. I choose an option for them to send me an upgraded unit. They are helpful in trying to resolve the problem.

Just to let you know about my experience with IGarden support group. I had done my homework on the IGarden Pool Cleaner and in my opinion, it was the best one on the market, so I bought it. When it came, I found I had a few logistical problems, so I contacted the Support line. This is where I was surprised. I have never been treated so respectfully before. I was not made to think it was my problem but issues we could work on together and we did. After several emails with pleasant discussions and what I considered Truthful answers to my questions we resolved the issues. I would say if you ever had to deal with support groups before making you feel uncomfortable and mad. This experience was in-itself worth the price of the product. If I have any pool needs in the future, I will be looking at IGarden first.
