I placed an order on 06 December which was accepted, after waiting a few days I contacted the company to get an update, it was only after I contacted them that they bothered to tell me that there is a problem with stock and it would be later this week it would be dispatched, still no further updates so left a message on their chat page and also sent an email requesting an update, now it states on their Web page that they are closed from 08 December until 05 January....why accept the order if they had zero intention of fulfilling it, I could have ordered elsewhere and received much better customer service. Terrible way to run a business
