Melted,And many accessories missing. It appears that the engraver was in/on fire at one point. And now no response from Ikier as how to proceed.

I ordered the iKier K1 max 48W and received the machine itself, but unfortunately parts of my order are missing.
A key for the software Lightburn (which I payed for!), was not included, and the heightened feet that were listed in the product description were missing from the package.
I have contacted customer support multiple times over the past few weeks, but I have not received any response at all. No clarification, no update, no solution.
This is very disappointing, especially considering the price of the product. The laser itself seems to work, but missing components and complete lack of communication from support significantly affect the overall experience.
I hope the company will respond and resolve this issue soon.

Label created immediately which means you can't see when it shipped. No tracking info available 14 days later. Contact support with order number and ignored. No response yet 3 days later. Need to refund my money and keep the item. I no longer want to use it from a company like this.
