After ordering, item was not available.

The laser engraver that was ordered does not reflect the ad that was advertised. Refurbished of at least 80% New, but the item received is in a horrific site. Filthy, Corroded, ALL Axis seized, Pcs. Melted,And many accessories missing. It appears that the engraver was in/on fire at one point. And now no response from Ikier as how to proceed.

They simply delivered what I needed. Would be nice in the future if there was a Canadian store or warehouse so shipping from China doesn't take so long.

I received my rotary quickly and it works great!

Good product, fast delivery

Product delivered incomplete – no response from support

I ordered the iKier K1 max 48W and received the machine itself, but unfortunately parts of my order are missing.

A key for the software Lightburn (which I payed for!), was not included, and the heightened feet that were listed in the product description were missing from the package.

I have contacted customer support multiple times over the past few weeks, but I have not received any response at all. No clarification, no update, no solution.

This is very disappointing, especially considering the price of the product. The laser itself seems to work, but missing components and complete lack of communication from support significantly affect the overall experience.

I hope the company will respond and resolve this issue soon.

Ordered an H2 Cabinet, received a used broken K1 Ultra. The laser head had been burnt and disassembled.

I'm still waiting for a reply to a request - 4 days of waiting

Don't buy from here as a company; you won't receive an invoice for your accounting. Support doesn't respond to inquiries. I hope this thing works and I never need their support. One star is still too generous.

Label created immediately which means you can't see when it shipped. No tracking info available 14 days later. Contact support with order number and ignored. No response yet 3 days later. Need to refund my money and keep the item. I no longer want to use it from a company like this.

Ikier crew is awesome to deal with. I have had issues, of course or I wouldn't be doing this review. They always get back to me by the next morning. Send the parts I need ASAP. Or full videos on how to replace parts. I was able to do it myself. Hats off to you Ikier for great customer support.

Fast shipping, Good communication

The company had the part I needed in stock and it fit perfectly and only took a few days to get so the machine was down just a short time.

Ive had a couple of occasions to contact support and they have been by far the fastest, most helpful and responsive customer service I have dealt with, Even when my guarantee had run out. I own an Iker K1 Ultra 36W, which is a truly exceptional cutter! After using it for a while, I had some issues with the Z-axis because it wouldn't hone properly. I contacted support, who promptly provided me with replacement parts. Having an efficient after-sales service is definitely an added bonus to any purchase! Thanks Ikier!
