The service overall was great.The main issue is the time difference.The national holiday and the shipping affected the delivery.Overall I'm pleased with the product and the support I received.

Through my stupidity and lack of understanding of the internet.and a series of mispelt email addresses adjusting a payment through pay pal turned into a bit of a nightmare for me.however ikier support helped me to get it sorted.and I am now on the right track.Thank you Phylis and I wish you well .

My choice for the first laser machine after extensive search was iKier K1 Pro Max. I liked the design and parameters of the machine beside that laser head with 2 power option to easy toggle with switch, which is very convenient to use. For engraving 24W and 48W for cutting or 3D Depth Maps engraving, and that works great! I had some issues also with the machine, but this rather normal with such a equipment, but what surprised me the most beside really good deal on laser, is the high level of support! Seriously this company takes every customer seriously, they provided me the parts, constant email support and even video call! I have received tons of handy video how to make some of the reparation and adjustments and I was able to continue my work until now. Also special thanks to one of them most kind woman in support I ever meet, Greetings Phyllis, you deserve some kind words too! Thank guys!

I got a reply from the e-mail support very quickly and they were eager to help, although my machine is already out of warranty period. They helped to identify the problem and I could get a replacement part (motherboard) at a very reasonable price. Great Support, thank you very much.

I ordered 2 products almost 3 weeks ago and I have not received my products yet

I like the packaging and ease of assembly. I like the labels on the cords. Lightburn version 2.0.20 doesn't allow you to configure baud rate so it took 6 hrs to figure out a way to get it to be recognized by lightburn. The next issue was the upper z axis limit switch broke rendering the machine in operable.

They were very friendly and responded quickly to my questions. There was consistent communication, and they worked with me to resolve my issues.

I had two deliveries months apart, first the K1Pro48w and, more recently, the R1 kit. Both arrived rapidly, well packed, and in good order. No problems installing and everything running really well. Wouldn't hesitate to buy more Ikier products.

To be honest I've used 2 other cheaper brands of lower watt laser which got me into the laser engraving world. But when I saved up enough after seeing videos of the ikier k1 pro I was not disappointed after recieveing it cause compared to what I had this thing was a beast. Along the year having it I've had some parts failure like moduel , power supply and drive board . But with the great customer service this brand has they replaced each and every one everytime without me having the hassle to return the old parts which would have cost me quite a pretty penny to reship cause I live in a country guyana which to some is not on the map n only the post office has that service to ship bk out of the country that would have cost maybe over a 100usd . All n all I love this brand and their effective customer service

This is my third time buying something from this store. I had questions before making any of these purchases, and each time the Whatsapp support was more than helpful in their responses. Will recommend.

They handle things the proper way. Mainly they reply back when I need them and tell me how to fix it. Which is what I like. That most shady laser company brands don't do.

Order was intransparent concerning pricing in € and $. Delivery was delayed. Laser doesn't work. Live chat reacts days later. Instructions and manuals provided no information I needed.
I still want to send it back within the 14 days, they asked me for more pictures and videos.

I am excited! I had bought a new laser head for the K 1. However, this was defective because the 48 watts of power were not available. He was replaced without hesitation. The corresponding connection cable was also supplied. For me, that's more than 5 stars.
