I booked a Zoom appointment through the ILA-Connect website yesterday, thinking it was for today. When I joined the call, I discovered it had actually been scheduled for next Friday, which wasn’t ideal. I contacted their support team and the gentleman I spoke with was extremely helpful. Despite all slots being fully booked, he went out of his way to reschedule my appointment for the day I needed. Excellent customer service and very much appreciated.

Very help full and quick turnaround of documents.

From initial contact to getting the advice required was such an easy process, Dennis and Paul were very helpful with any questions I had and overall from start to finish I couldn’t have asked for a better service.

Very impressed. No travelling, or having to worry about parking etc, done from the comfort of my office, in between meetings !! Very thorough, explained everything really well and in layman English so we understood exactly what we were doing. Efficient service. Will definitely be using them again

This service is great weve had real trouble trying to find someone to do ILA before and this service makes is so much easier and at a great price, was posted to us and arrived the next day, cannot recommend this enough.

I think it’s a money spinning exercise, to charge £660ph is a lot of money to confirm what you already understand. I would understand if companies made it affordable for people to help them with there mortgage experience and not just take as much money as they can.

Really easy to arrange and reasonably priced. Because the meetings were over Zoom, we didn't have the hassle of driving to an office, parking, etc. so it was a lot quicker and more productive. The solicitor was excellent and we will want to instruct him again. The documents arrived from the solicitor - as promised - the following day. All round, an excellent way to conduct business.

Easy and helpful

I called ILA-Connect to assist with gaining independent legal advice for a bridging loan. I originally spoke with a very helpful chap who guided me on what to do. I promptly went onto their website and booked the appropriate appointment. It was easy to upload the required documents prior to the zoom meeting. Everything was done efficiently and professionally. I would recommend ILA-Connect

Good to have a distance zoom meeting. Solicitor took time to explain everything and to be recontacted to submit documents.

Went to book a consult on line decided to call the number, spoke with a guy called Tom or Tim, he kindly moved things around to accomodate myself and business partner.
