Bought alpaca socks which were such good quality I bought some more a few months later. Absolutely fantastic customer service and a brilliant ethical ethos behind the company.

Inclusive Trade has some unique products. My nephew was delighted by his colourful socks from Guatemala and I treated myself to a silk scarf made in Ethiopia. Highly recommended.

I have bought a couple of things from Inclusive Trade. It is far too easy to get carried away with purchases when all the products are not only well-made and unlike anything else I have seen, but they also support sustainable, International trade.
I’ve seen the team at a couple of events and can confirm that the products are even better in real life than the photos online suggest.
My first purchase, a handbag, receives compliments whenever I use it and seems to get better with age.

It's great to finally find beautiful crafted products, that have not only been carefully and sustainably sourced, but come with a backstory and insight into the design and creation of each piece available. It offers a special experience of shopping locally across the world, what a great model for all of our shopping! I shop for clothes and accessories almost exclusively online these days, so my tolerance for poor customer service and/or low quality is close to zero.
Inclusive Trade have not been in business for very long but they have already proven to me to be more professional and competent than a lot of companies I've used over the years.
I recently bought two items from them, of excellent quality, and they shipped from the U.K. to the U.S.A. in record time, with highly effective customer service to boot.
Inclusive Trade products are not cheap; they deal in consumerism with a conscience and that means reasonable wages and ethical sourcing, but they are absolutely worth it. I'll be buying from them again.
