I recently gave thi company 1 star but since received my perfume wish to upgrade review now after many exchanges of emails i was advised it was out for delivery and received it on day i was promised.

The ordering was simple but I was supposed to receive my phone yesterday 11/19 but had not come yet

I called on serval Times and left messages and not once I heard from anyone

I'm on a very limited budget, but a good phone is an important investment. I received an excellent phone for the best price around. 4 months later, the phone is still working flawlessly. I highly recommend Incredible.

Merchandise arrived in a timely manner and was in good condition. Unfortunately it was the wrong item. Problem solving after the fact was fairly good.

Was as advertised. Would have gave it 5 stars if they would have communicated that the phone does not come with a SIM card.

I recently purchased a refurbished iPhone se 2020 from Incredible Phone. I transferred the data from my old phone, but found that the refurbished phone required me to manually install most of my apps. This was a relatively minor problem The major problem with the the phone I purchased from Incredible is that it will not allow incoming phone calls. Incoming calls are immediately sent to voice mail. In addition, the phone will not ring for incoming calls. I have followed all the instructions from Apple to repair these problems, but to no avail. I have tried to contact Incredible Phones using their email format; however, when I try to send my messages I receive an error notice and the message is not allowed to send. I called Incredible; however, their is a notice that it take one or two days for the company to return calls; an extremely long wait when a person needs service for a phone that they use daily. So far, my experience with Incredible Phones has been very substandard.

Their service was top notch, never condescending, never an argument when the phone disappeared during mid-shipment. I let them try to find it for a week with no results. When I said "enough is enough", I had a refund the next day.

This phone was over $350 & was listed to be in excellent condition. It locks up and constantly drops calls!

I finally got my phone! I ordered an iPhone 8 Plus and I’m very happy with my purchase. The phone looks brand new. It works great, I was able to use my SIMS card from my other phone and I have service. I’m so happy with my purchase.

My trusty IPhone 6+ was starting to die and I knew it was time to replace it. New IPhones are very expensive and buying them from T-MOBILE or another cell phone provider takes forever to pay off. Very pleased with refurbished iPhone. We just needed a phone for someone who seldom uses a cell phone and didn't want to pay top dollar for a new model. The phone we received was priced right, in very good condition and even came with a case that we didn't expect. The selection of phones was great, ordering was simple and easy, and delivery was right on time. We would definitely order from Incredible again!

Great product, delivered on time. Just needs to have items processed faster so that customers don’t think there’s an issue with the system and cancel early.
