It took 7 days to get here it got a little bit of scratches on the top but other then that it works great I just put my sim in and it worked perfectly fine thanks needed it

We ordered an iPhone 7 for Verizon at a great price to replace my daughter's phone that had water damage. When it arrived it was not compatible with the Verizon network! To make matters worse, we were leaving on vacation in 2 days and would be gone for 2 weeks. My teenage daughter was not happy about the prospect of a 26 hour cross country drive without her phone! I jumped on chat from the Incredible website and they shipped us a replacement phone to our hotel. They even added expedited shipping free of charge. It was a bit inconvenient that they messed up our order, but they still get 5 stars because of their excellent customer service!

My original order went to a different address via a mixup btw two orders. However here’s where Incredible shined. They tracked it and got it back to me inside of a few days. Laila did a fantastic job. Not use to such good service in these times with having to be on the phone for hours wondering if anything would get fixed. Laila and Incredible did an amazing job for me! Highly recommend them!

I ordered a fair IPhone XR that to my surprise was more than I bargained for. The phone was in exceptional condition. It is red and on the silent push up and down button the red paint was coming off a little and that was it. I was surely skeptical about ordering fearing I would receive some junk but I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from Incredible Phones. This is the way to go folks an affordable high end phone at a discounted price in good physical and working condition. I am looking forward to my future purchase. 😃

The iPhoneX that I ordered is supposed to be in "Very Good" condition. When I received it. There're issues here and there. First I had a hard time power on the phone, several times when it's powered on, it won't respond to the keys that I touched, and many times I didn't touch the touchpad, the phone would act on its own. I am not happy with my purchase and requested a full refund or exchange another one, which is really in "Very Good" condition. The QC department is not doing a good job testing the phone out before it was put out for purchase.
