Easy rental process with friendly and informed customer service.

I needed two devices but Crisp could not provide them with a four-day lead time.

When Crisp found out that the package was going to be delivered a day late, they quickly got back to me and offered a 5$ refund for the missed day on top of extending my rental period for a day. I think they truly care about providing extraordinary experience for their customers at a very affordable price. The only reason I'd ever want a nintendo switch would be to play BOTW. I got to do that for a month for less than $60 with the console and game rental. I will, no doubt, utilize their services in the future and recommend them to friends. Their packaging was super easy to replicate when I sent the console and game back to them and they confirmed the receipt of console with a nice email. Awesome service, all in all.

I was searching online for a company to rent a drone from for a project and Crisp popped up and I decided to check them out. I am so thankful that I did. From the start, the whole experience has been amazing! Not only are their prices fantastic, but they have provided the most incredible customer service that I think I have ever received from any company! If I had a question or concern, Byron walked me through it and spent the time to insure that everything was taken care of. I truly cannot recommend Crisp enough!

Good not Great service, took a lot longer to get my rentals than advertised but partially was my fault no submitting my ID. Though I did rent 3 games out, one of the games Mario Super Tennis or something didn't work but the other two did so it was fine. Would like to see a reminder to attach Id during the rental submittance and more play testing before games ship. Besides those minor gripes good service, very friendly responsive and helpful.

Rented a Mavic Pro 2 and was notified it was out of stock. Switched to the Mavic Air and was refunded for the difference. Got a free extension until Monday and was charged for the Mavic Pro 2 rental on Saturday. They refunded me but still a hassle. Finally the drone was lost in the mail and they’re trying to get me to pay for 1/2 the cost. Apparently they didn’t take out insurance on it and it’s my fault the USPS lost it. Don’t do business with these guys.

Very helpful and easy to use slight bit of wear and tear on the device but to be expected nonetheless Great time and would use again!

I’ve never used VR headsets before. We rented two for my son’s birthday party. The whole process was super easy. Directions were easy to follow. Kids had a blast. Great way to check out the product to see if it would be worth buying. So much fun!

Everything was in great shape, I want to say brand new. I paid a fraction of the cost and it's so convenient to just ship it back when I'm done. I purchased the warranty just in case and I advice anyone else to do the same. I know a majority of you all are renting since you don't want to purchase it.

It was so simple and easy that I almost didn’t believe it. No problems at all. No hassle and quick delivery. They even gave a little CRISP sticker which I put on my laptop.

From checkout to return amazing experience! I hardly review anything unless its an completely awful or amazing experience and this was amazing.
First my package was said to be delayed because of the storm which meant I might not get it for trip. Crisp contacted me first, to let me know they are working on making sure it gets to me in as theres a storm and may get delayed. Which it arrived and here comes the fun.
Packaging is simple and minimal, no fuss and came with simple to follow directions. From setup to return. Package came with all items anyone would need and more.
The footage was amazing the vacation was beautifully captured and memorable. Truly a great first rental and really recommend cant beat the price and ease. 2day shipping with tracking.
