Great app
Great app, flexible working hours and the clients are always nice...
I would recommend people to do it..
This app don't work.
This app don't work.. just received a booking..time the bloody app started..and the job is gone.. this app is a waste of time...29 years of experience.. 2 Michelin restaurants in my cv and in 2 months I couldn't get a shift.. don't waist your time.. join an agency that red your cv
Great app for part time and flexible…
Great app for part time and flexible work hour jobs. Relevant interview exercises, no hidden charges and clear working terms.
The ingenious personnel are becoming…
The ingenious personnel are becoming innovative with their location tracking and job offer App. Even other time not on job assignment , tracking your physical location. Is there a need to send job offers , whereby it is predetermined to be denied . In a day, They will sending job offers which buzz with a distinct 🎵🎶 to attract your attention. Alas, of course upon immediately opening the page, " Oh no, the job is already filled" and other time the job offer page has no option to click n grab the offer and then, going back , the job offer disappears. And further , the offers buzz at odd hours of night to disturb and annoy . How do they benefit out of it ? Are the job seekers at your mercy for job ?
Close examination, fellow flexers has numbers of job listed and some very few, under similar profile and filter.
Annoying, I have to lower my rating .
Super platform for job seekers
Catastrophic
Catastrophic,
So I work as a chef for over 20 years,
Last 15 years as a head chef , they offer me only chef assistant jobs...that's crazy , with other agencies I work as a head chef for really long time. I don't know who's in charge of spreading jobs but is ridiculous 🙄, not even CDP or something...
I had an amazing time at work today…
I had an amazing time at work today thanks to indeed flex for introducing me to places I never knew about. It was like a field trip. Haha.
I did some temp work as a delivery…
I did some temp work as a delivery driver at Sainsburys through indeed flex. AVOID BOTH!!! My first pay from indeed flex was 54p instead of £54. A huge error which was corrected later that day thankfully. My first ever shift at Sainsbury’s was a disaster. When I reported for duty I was told that they were unaware I was coming and to go home. I had my shift confirmed the day before in the indeed flex app and showed this to a manager. They then managed to buddy me up with another driver after me pleading with them to work instead of being sent away unpaid. The shift itself was very hard work and I and the Sainsbury’s employee would never have been able to finish all the drops with out the help of each other. The training I was given was insufficient from Sainsbury’s and of no use at all. The second and final shift I reported for .. again with Sainsbury’s Cameron Toll was another dissster. I was told they knew nothing about me arriving and no shift was available. I was to either go home or wait 1h 40mins for a lesser shift. I made the decision to leave then and will never attempt to work with any of these agency’s and employers again. The agency is horrendous to contact and you have to go online to try and speak with someone. The employer sainsburys has a disliking to agency staff and I was made to feel unwanted the twice I arrived for work, the communication from them regarding shifts and organising is worrying to say the least. Shame on you Sainsburys. I expected so much better.
Bad treatment from employers
Some employers are extremely unprofessional; they can literally say and do anything to indeedflex staff and get away with it. I have witnessed people brought to tears by managers. I had such a bad experience with an employer, I sent a feedback to indeedflex and I cancelled all my future shifts with the employer in question. Since I got so mistreated that my mental health was not strong enough to handle another shift with this employer the very next day, I had to cancel a shift with less than 24 hours notice, I cancelled with 16 hours notice.
I figured that if I explained exactly what happened, indeedflex would have completely understood that there were extenuating circumstances. It was the complete opposite, I got a strike. I Applealed the strike, but from the response I received, I don't think that indeedflex even read my reason for cancelling nor my appeal. I recieved a standard message informing me that my appeal was upheld. The massage was also informing me that I should have sent a feedback (which I did send before cancelling my shift). This means that they don't even read the feedbacks that we send.

The people to work with are lovely and helpful
Mostly stadium jobs they offer
Mostly stadium jobs they offer, And on the browser page of the app, different flexers have different job listed . So jobs are selectively targeted and assigned to preferential flexers. Bias is evident. Therefore There is no choice, take it or leave it Or go to other agency . This agency is perfect fit for permanent job holders as on off days , guaranteed job is available.
Absolute disaster
Absolute disaster. Been working in hospitality for 10+ years, last 5 years as a manager and the person who did the interview has not been able to verify me for a waiting staff job? Don’t understand how the “interview” can be done by someone who sits in the office and does interviews for all other fields. Not even talking about being 20mins late.
Good pay nice locations looking forward…
Good pay nice locations looking forward for more work
Time wasters and disorganised
I had an awful experience trying to get verified. I provided my time and all the required information, only for the interviewer to arrive late and then cut the interview short, informing me that I had been banned from Syft years 7 ago.
This happened after they had already contacted my references and allowed me to book the interview.
The interviewer then suggested I contact Syft to request that I be unbanned, but added that it is now difficult to reach them, as their email no longer works. Yet, somehow, they were still able to tell me that I had a 5-star rating on my account.
It feels as though they don’t respect people’s time and are very dishonest because why do I need to contact a company that doesn’t exist to ask them to be unbanned but you cannot provide me with working contact information for them. Why should I go through the hassle of contacting a company that no longer exists?
If you are considering joining them, I would urge you to think twice or be prepared for the worst.
As stated by others gone downhill!
As stated by others gone downhill!
I have worked for over 10 years with them with hundreds of five star reviews! and they have suddenly said I am Starter level worker because the App has changed to a new format, What a farce!!!
I will delete my profile and work with my other agencies. And let the amateurs stay with indeed flex!
The App is not really that user friendly either and there has been a lack of investment and acting on feedback regarding issues booking work and bugs that never fix! I now understand why they also don't have as many clients!!
Enjoyed my experience
Enjoyed my experience. Eays to navigate app and got paid on time.
hourly pay as not as advertised on the shift position (£3ph difference)
For my first shift with Indeed flex, I signed up for a shift at £13p/h. The client later changed the time of the shift to a completely different time of the day and to accommodate the late notice upped the rate of pay. After communicating with the client who told us to stay signed on if able to make it with the increased rate of pay I was actually paid the lesser amount. I clearly expressed this to IndeedFlex and they essentially told me that they are subject to pay what they want regardless of what is shown on the app and in your profile and were honestly quite rude and apathetic.
