Ordered a pair of New Rock boots

Ordered a pair of New Rock boots, they were showing in stock on the website, and they were meant to be despatched the same day, I emailed them numerous times over the following days and each time they did reply, however it turned out that the items weren't in stock at the time of ordering and they were waiting for stock to arrive. After finally getting stock a few more days passed and they were shipped. After receiving the tracking number they were delivered within 48 hours.
They are a genuine pair of New Rock boots.
They really just need to make sure that their website accurately reflects what stock they have and to be able to ship out within the time frame given on their website. Couldn't really fault the customer service with regards to replying to the emails sent as they were faster than a lot of companies with their replies and updates.

Poor customer service, poor quality products.

Ordered suitcases from them a few months back and still now trying to get a refund. The suitcases are poor quality, flimsy and the customer service is awful. Referred them to trading standards. Avoid at all costs.

No issues at all!

Not gonna lie, I was quite worried after ordering and then seeing all these negative reviews… but I decided to trust my gut and let the order arrive first… they posted it out very quickly (ordered in the morning and posted by the evening)… and then a few days later, they came! Correct shoes in the correct size… I’ve seen a reviewer calling their new rocks “fake” however I know that these are very much genuine as I own a few pairs already… heavy, strong and very well made like how they always should be ☺️ take the ‘risk’ if you like but I’m glad I did, nice new pair of new rocks for a great discount!

Bought an expensive pair of Infinity…

Bought an expensive pair of Infinity Leather shoes from Debenhams for £95, and they immediately started wearing. I emailed Debenhams straight away with pictures and details. They eventually forwarded my complaint to Infinity Leather, who sent back a terse reply saying the shoes were not defective and refused a refund. No further responses were received.

I tried to dispute the payment, but because of the extremely delayed response, both PayPal and my bank refused to help, saying the dispute window had passed. After this experience, I will think twice before buying Infinity Leather products again.

Banging jacket

Banging jacket , loved this jacket so good execellent fit and warm , shame about the Quality ...NOT LEATHER ...COATING scratched after just wearing it 4 times 🤷 gutted ...purchased thru Amazon so got my money back in full ...DO NOT purchase direct from these Asian cowboys

Returned item tracked delivery.
Confirmed delivered to business address supplied by company.
Sent photos of receipt to company along with Royal Mail tracked online proof.
Surprise surprise Infinity Leather states not received!!!!!
Advised to claim through postage provider😡😡😡

Dreadful

Bought a pair of boots which were showing as 'in stock' which never arrived. I chased delivery on countless occasions to be told each time they were coming into the warehouse that week and would be shipped out...never arrived. I emailed to cancel my order and requested a refund which again never arrived. 18 emails later I gave up and initiated a charge back through my bank. I have just received the charge back 6 weeks after placing the order. Unless you have money to burn, do not use this company.

Bought a pair of boots and the zip had…

Bought a pair of boots and the zip had broken. Returned them (and paid for the return) to either be fixed or replaced. Fast forward 5 months and I’m still chasing them. Don’t trust this shambles of a company they lie and lie and string you along. They said they issued me a refund because they got lost in the post back to me but then 2 weeks later posted using the same tracking. Ridiculous.

I placed an order then read reviews

I placed an order then read reviews. Initially I thought oh dear Ive made a mistake. I cancelled my order and requested a refund. After a little confusion, the cancellation and refund, was a complete success.
I have definitely had a positive experience, and proof not all reviews mean its happened to everyone.
No one has a perfect set up

Quality goods….NO

I purchased a leather jacket from them via Debenhams for my wife. In under a year the collar had started to lose its colour, leaving light patches that were very noticeable. My wife contacted them direct and at first emails were answered but nothing was being done. In end she phoned spoke to Imad who said she should send the jacket back. She asked for the postage to do this as there was obviously a fault with the dying of this jacket. Photos had been sent. Heard no more. Saw the comments on trustpilot and felt she could not trust sending the jacket back as she would lose it altogether. The quality of this jacket is not fit for purpose. You don’t expect to have the colour coming off.
Very good at sounding as though they will rectify a problem, but not good at putting it into practice.
Not a company to be trusted.

Please don’t waste your money…

Please don’t waste your money purchasing from this company. I purchased a suitcase, via Debenhams, from this company for our holiday in August. From the start we had issues with the poor quality of this product. Wheeling the suitcase through the UK airport one of the sets of wheels started to jam and we ended up pulling it on 2 sets. On packing to return the zip came off the internal compartment, the zip on the outside was damaged while travelling home and a large crack appeared. Not what you’d expect from a brand new suitcase! On return home I complained, via Debenhams, and asked for a refund as the quality of the product is so poor. Almost 4 weeks later I am no further forward in getting my refund. Debenhams are just as useless - taking days to reply to emails and only acting as the ‘middle man’. If I could rate this company (and Debenhams) zero stars I would.

Part of debenhams. Avoid infinity leathers and debenhams at all cost. They do not refund and say they have not receved items More or less they rob your money. Just look at there reviews. Going to make sure they won't be trading soon. Fed up thieves

Awful company
Ordered some boots that didn’t fit or look like the images and returned the item, told item hasn’t been received even though tracking shows delivered and proof of delivery, having to now seek legal action I would highly recommend to anyone avoiding this company they will scam you

Orderd some boots they were to small , I had to pay 10 pounds to return them , it is now 23 days after the tracked and signed package was delivered back to them and they keep saying well we refunded u , I have received no refund ,I'm now waiting till its 8 weeks so I can contact the ombasman,do not order from then they are scum

Do not recommend

Do not recommend. Returned a £200 pair of boots for the company to attempt to say they hadn’t received them. I had picture and signature proof. Having to contact the bank to get my money back.

Brought via Debahams website

Brought via Debahams website, after the first trip out with my suit case, I've been told it was due to misuse that it's broken. The handle come off why lifting it into the car. Not over weight! How is this miss use. Debahams and infinity lether have both told me there is nothing they will do! Shocking!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I recently purchased 3 suitcases from this awful company
On my 1st trip abroad 2 of the wheels broke off.i have been trying for 3 weeks to get this problem resolved. Firstly to be told that the wheels should have been removed before the flight (which is absolute Rubbish) .I have now been told they will not be doing anything regarding the faulty wheels. Absolutely disgusting.
