Toluna are rubbish.
Well, when I first joined Toluna, they were very good at sending many surveys to complete, and issuing £10 vouchers, which was my choice, and were issued in a reasonable time. But lately, they have been slow in issuing these vouchers.
About two months ago, I completed two sets of surveys, in very quick fashion, meaning I qualified for two £10 vouchers.
To date, I still have not received these two, and after many many complaints to them, I am still waiting.
On checking on their site at my own records, I see that all my queries/completed surveys, state that they have been resolved!
So, after sending over 30 statements, telling them I haven't received the missing two, they still maintain I have been paid.
I returned by saying that tehy must have been 'stolen' by one of their staff! To date, I still haven't got a result, so told them I would be unsubscribing from them, and still didn't receive an answer.
