Lifetime isn't lifetime

I joined 5-6 years ago with a lifetime payment. Recently i cannot gain access and I've emailed support and received no response. Now when I log in, some of the information about my account that used to be there is missing. Disappointing - I have paid for a lifetime and expect continuance. I don't want to have to pay another site.

Paid and never received team licenses

I purchased the team license for 5 users and was never given access codes to have the additional users login. This was months ago, and requests to their help email have gone unanswered. I would not have purchased a team license if I knew there wouldn't be any way to give access to my team and I'm shocked that help emails go completely unanswered. There are also no details about how to contact the company other than the help email address that I've already used. Would not recommend.

SCAM

I paid for the lifetime member service just to access a specific ppt that was advertised and then couldn't find it. Then when I went back to log in a second time I couldn't log in and I also couldn't reset my password none of the links on the page worked.

Bad support and bad website

Bad support and bad website.
They won’t activate my account even after proof of payment and they won’t refund the money.. They say my account is active, yet I never downloaded anything, cause it never worked.. Also, you get a million emails from Infografolio after signing up. What a scam

As for this case, we can confirm that this has already been resolved. Apparently, the email that you were using was the not the one that you have registered in our website thus the system was not recognizing it. Very bad UI and very outdated templates

Very bad UI:
- every time i visit their website I need to sign in. It is really not convenient
- I cant download a particular slide that I need. Every time I need to download the whole presentation
- bad catalog that is not convenient for search

Outdated design
- templates that are not updated
- small number of templates

As for your first issue, there is no need for you to logged out of your session. Just close your browser when you are done downloading a template so your browser will not ask you to login again.

To download a particular slide, just search for the template in our website, check the previews to see if it fits your needs then download that particular template.

Please know that all our templates were carefully designed according to the customers business needs. You can always access our website as we have a wide range of templates that you may find suited to your current project.

Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, and we genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding on this matter.

Great experience

It was a very smooth experience to get started on the website. Just created an account, purchased the full access + vector icons, and then got immediate access to download all the content that I want. It was what I expected and it was exactly what I received.

Problem solved! And quickly!

I had an initial problem logging in for the first time. So I wrote an email about it, without great expectations of having a soon reply since it was at the beginning of a weekend. But I had inmediate response -and solution- through Kim who was very helpful.

Pretty happy - almost immediately

I am pretty happy.
At first I couldn't access Infograpify, but my support request was answered immediately. Now I am impressed by the quality of slides and variety of themes.

No access and out of pocket

Yep, more of the same...I paid, received an email, registered for an account, created password, USED THE SAME EMAIL, confirmed I wasn't a robot.....did everything I was asked to do and, guess what.....NO ACCESS as it says incorrect email or password! So...I try to reset password and HEY guess what??? No account with that email. SO where to I go from here??? No access, out of pocket and a presentation to do.......Looks like its back to good old PP.

You would think, with the amount of people experiencing this problem that they would have fixed it now. Mmmm, wonder if I get the auto generated response that everyone else on here has received. .......MONEY BACK PLEASE
