Very, very bad

i cant understand who could rate rate this service with good ranking. It is absolutely awful:
1. you need to login every time when you visit their website
2. they are trying to sell more services every time
3. you cant downlide particular slide: each time you need to download the whole presentation deck

Indeed, it is very inconvinient

1. you need to login every time when you visit their website
- There is no need to re-login each time you visit our website. It is the responsibility of your particular web browser to save the login credentials. We suggest that you try a different one and see how it goes.
2. they are trying to sell more services every time
- What you probably see are "add-ons" that you can skip. These are additional services that we offer in our website just in case you would need them in the future.
3. you cant downlide particular slide: each time you need to download the whole presentation deck
- Each slide is built in a deck therefore, you need to open the template to get a particular slide. We do not have the option of breaking them down as they build the entire presentation.

Paid but didn't get access to templates

Same thing happened to me. I wish I read reviews here first - I paid for the lifetime access, but then didn't get an email to activate my account. I created an account anyway using the same email I entered when paying. I still couldn't access the templates. I reached out through their Messenger and email. Sill haven't gotten a response.

I really need access to the templates since I have a project to turn in.

I was wrong. It is real

Alright. Where can I start? First, I thought it was real spam but I was wrong. I recently talked on chat online with a customer service tho Facebook messenger (I know it is odd) so they refuse to give me up till I am satisfied what I need, their helps and I got the download templates. I understand how rate 1 reviews felt. It's feeling like spam, fake, trick, fraud, so much more. So I already mentioned it I was wrong. They (customer service) helped me to bring it back what did I purchased. The best way for you to contact them (chat online) they are willing to help. Don't let overthinking push our stress. I know it is hard to believe value reviewers' rates. I'm telling you the truth also I'm not a robot lol. I am putting rate 5 :) thank you, Infograpify and it is beautiful templates!!!!!

Saved slide based on infograpica timeline template disappeared from presentation after saving it

I spent hours on a slide using one of the timeline templates. When I saved the presentation, along with templates from infograpica, it disappeared when I opened the file again. Hours of work down the drain :(

It is a scam

It is a scam. They have you buy a 'lifetime membership' but then provide no access to any templates, etc. When you contact customer service, they claim they are unable to look up accounts, receipts etc. And unless you are able to find the receipt they never send, they are unable to help you. Avoid.

No confirmation Email

I signed up and paid today and yet to receive the email confirmation, I used the same email when signing up, I don't know if there is a delay, but I need the templates urgently for a project

I have the same issue in accessing the templates after payment. When creating an account in the email received, the pop up box states to use the' same email address used at checkout to access your content' This appears to be inconsistent with the advice given to customers in previous reviews where you advise to use a different email account. Please rectify.

I am facing the same problem that has been commented in the previous reviews.

I can't access to the website after making the payment. I tried to signed up with the same email that I used to make the payment and there is no way to get in the website. I would like to take my money back or any solution to this problem

Not worth the money

Not worth the money, very basic, no animation, found other cheaper but better. Bad after sales service.

I am facing the exact same situation :
After making the payment, I received a link to create account. Every time I tried to create account and clicked on "sign up now" and confirmed that I am not a robot, it throws up an error saying "No account found with that email". I tried creating account from the link and directly on their portal as well. It gives same error. It’sa full loop & no one is responsding.

Can't access services after paying

After making the payment, I received a link to create account. Every time I tried to create account and clicked on "sign up now" and confirmed that I am not a robot, it throws up an error saying "No account found with that email". I tried creating account from the link and directly on their portal as well. It gives same error. I have written to them and await their revert. Seems a fraud to me

No useful graphics for me and no REFUND

I have signed up and paid for the membership being sure that I can cancel it within 30 days (that equals its trial period). I did not find graphics I was hoping to get and used ZERO of the offered templates. Asked to cancel my purchase and give me a refund, and even after three e-mails back and forth I was refused to get my money back. I guess, I am the only paying customer the could not lose.
