Always friendly and polite, Michael greets all the children warmly (they often see him coming, speak to him when he comes into playrooms and shout to him as he comes in and wave!). If we ever have any questions around products or services, he is always able to help us or direct us to the answers. We know we can rely on Michael to be prompt, provide a good service and been friendly and chatty and do a great job.
