Our Initial lady Ange is fabulous always on time comes twice a week does the nappy bins and the ladies sanitary bins
The nappy bins in our School she keeps them smelling lovely if that’s even possible whatever she puts in there the room smells good

Carl yarranton came to do the bins and mats at Asda express stourport, he was quick and polite and made sure the bathroom and store was up to our standard, he had such good energy at such early hours !! Great customer service.

Polite, courteous, efficient

Colin always come in with a smile, the children at our setting know him and welcome him. He always come with appropriate clothing and hygiene equipment. Good service.

Despite being a contract customer for 6 years, the sanitary bins are overflowing, air fresheners are not being refilled, mats are not being changed and we've ran out of toilet rolls because promised contract deliveries did not arrive. They said they would do an emergency drop during service, but that did not arrive as well and no one called, so we had a full restaurant but had to close 4 out of 6 cubicles as it was too late to fetch Andrex. No ones picking up the phone to resolve. Just give you a case number, it's logged in the system etc....... Use Cathedral Hygiene instead. They pick up, whwn they rarely get it wrong.
