Decided to be a good person and give electoring waste to charity. To my surprise received this answer:
"After reviewing the cartridges you listed, we wanted to clarify the next steps. Unfortunately, these cartridges are classed as hazardous waste and are not eligible for our free recycling service.
Under current waste and WEEE regulations, they must be recycled using compliant, specialist processes, which means a recycling charge applies.
You have two simple options:
Option 1: Recycling Box Service – £120 + VAT
Option 2: Purchase Your Cartridges from Us & Recycle for FREE
Wasted my time!

Not a free service -Totally misleading advertising in my opinion in relation to the 'free service' I expected and believe was implied. Something I am sure Trading Standards would consider worth a look at. Don't waste your time they're just trying to get you to buy toner through them.

They advertise free recycling of cartridges but then claim they don't take what you've got and try to charge you £120 + VAT to collect them.

Ordered a cartridge from this company and to say it was shockingly bad is an understatement. This was certainly a fault caused in the "refilling" of the cartridge and now I have a £100 cartridge that is useless. Shall not trust this process again and will always now purchase manufacturers ink.

A great seller, the product arrived very fast and was 100% as described. Good value for money, we will now recommend to our other UK offices to buy from :)
