Not IT equipment, only branded toner cartridges

I saw their website that offers to recycle toner cartridges (free) and IT equipment. I collected together some toner cartridges and a couple of old printers and filled in their online form. No reply, so I rang them and they asked me to fill in the form again. I did so, and got an email saying they no longer recycle IT equipment and please send them the brand names and codes of the toner cartridges. I replied asking them to confirm they recycle all cartridges and they replied they do not recycle "compatible" types - only makers brands. What a waste of my time and what a misleading website.
