All Star Fatima

I can't say enough about Fatima! I thought i may have messed up my printer, but Fatima was great in the instructions provided and walked me through everything. I was able to get my white ink out and print as normal. Fatima is top tier and I would really want to work with Fatima again if the opportunity presents itself.

Fatima corrected the issue right away…

Fatima corrected the issue right away for me took time to watch me try to print a design to ensure everything worked out well . Great support for sure and it is needed for those new to the system ! Great product but even greater support to back it up!!!

Top Notch Customer Service - Second to None.

Kurt was very patient and methodical. He knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and he was very kind and professional. He is an example of why I am happy I selected this company and product for my business equipment. The equipment is good, but the customer service is great. Highly recommend.
